GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Supervisor supervises staff involved in the daily manufacturing and shipment of chemicals to meet production and order schedules and quality requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Production Coordinators in the planning and scheduling of orders for production to maximize use of workforce and equipment and ensure delivery schedules are met.
Coordinates shift production activities to ensure that processes are operating as designed and producing chemicals according to specifications.
Supervises hourly employees engaged in chemical production and shipment of finished products.
Coordinates shipping activities with other groups and production shifts to maximize efficiency.
Ensure that outgoing products are tested and shipped according to specifications and regulations.
Responsible for ensuring that processing equipment is in good operating condition.
Recommends equipment upgrading, replacement or addition, when necessary.
Responsible for the recognition and prevention of production non-conformances and implementation of corrective action.
Works with quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance on Process Control Planning teams to achieve capability and control goals.
Responsible for keeping the work area safe and orderly.
Ensure that supporting staff maintains and follows safety and manufacturing procedures to comply with site and governmental policies and regulations.
Responsible for the proper operation of the plant water treatment units and the operation of the plant utilities.
Trains and motivates supporting staff.
Conducts performance appraisals and recommends wage adjustments.
Initiates and administers commendations and disciplinary action as required.
Prepares and maintains accurate reports, as required, and Provides management with appropriate information.
Responsible for the accurate recording of raw material and resource usage and increases in finished product inventory.
Supports and is committed to Tremco's Quality Improvement Process.
Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by "doing it right the first time" and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties.
Participates as a member of various quality teams and assists in the development and implementation of action plans as required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMET: Associate's degreeor equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Supervisory experience in prior manufacturing role preferred.
Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to direct workers.
Usually requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 24 hour hazwoper.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QULIAITIFCATIONS:
Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
Good Attendance record.
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years.
Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
Intermediate computer skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, wear respirator in confined spaces and lift up to 20 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate supports the Operations team in the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC restoration projects.
This role assists Construction Managers and Project Superintendents in delivering air handling unit (AHU) restoration projects safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution Support:
Assist Construction Managers and Operations leadership in coordinating HVAC restoration projects.
Support field teams during AHU restoration, fan array retrofit, and coil replacement projects.
Ensure project work aligns with project scope, specifications, and customer requirements.
Project Documentation:
Maintain project files and documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.the
Upload and manage documentation within company project management systems.
Track project correspondence and ensure proper documentation of project activities.Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Coordinate with field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.
Track milestone dates and ensure project activities remain on schedule.Meetings & Communication:
Participate in project meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Prepare and distribute meeting notes and project updates.
Coordinate communication between Operations, Engineering, Sales, and field teams.Submittals & Permits:

Develops and communicates standards of EHS&S code of conduct, ensures mutual understanding, and mitigates exposure to hazardous / undesirable conditions in our business operations and product uses.
Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive regulatory compliance programs in the areas of occupational health and safety, hazardous materials management, environmental management, transportation materials safety, security and product compliance.
Interprets regulations, develops legislatively compliant, organizationally appropriate standards for Tremco CPG.
Conducts EHS&S audits, documents statistics with respect to EHS&S program compliance, and makes recommendations with respect to annual safety program changes and objectives.
Represents CPG with professional organizations, regulatory bodies and governmental agencies.
Serves as the primary point of contact for Tremco CPG EHS&S business unit operations and associated EHS&S staff.
May act as expert witness in the event of investigations and legal proceedings.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge and relevant documentation with respect to EHS&S rules, regulations and legislation, as applicable to business operations and product mix.
Researches best practices and investigates program innovations, both broadly and with respect to chemicals manufacturing, distribution and disposal, and makes recommendations regarding policy gaps and program improvement opportunities.
Prepares recommendations with respect to pending or anticipated changes in legislation, and develops proactive, cost effective program options in support of chemical product and regulatory changes.
Travel to and work with Tremco CPG locations as needed to serve as a resource to Tremco CPG operations regarding policies, standards and best practices with respect to EHS&S compliance, hazardous materials management, and product compliance.
Develops and implements enterprise-wide programs for EHS&S compliance and delivers tools and training to ensure organizational compliance with regulations and best practices.
Identifies and corrects non-code compliant processes by formal audits and makes recommendations to rectify compliance issues and mitigate risk of accident / liability.
Ensures that all business units are aware of, and that programs are in place to train and resource employees to comply with Tremco Construction Products Group and RPM EHS&S standards.
Assesses EHS&S human resources requirements in medium and long term, and prepares plans to develop and/or recruit needed talent to achieve organization objectives.
Prepares, implements and monitors the annual program budget, and takes corrective action on budget variances.
Provides analysis and recommendations with respect to financial implications of product, program and regulatory changes, including cost / benefit analysis of program improvements to mitigate the financial impact of EHS&S related accidents / incidents.
Establishes regulatory guidelines and performance standards in the areas of EHS&S risks, conducts ongoing audits and reporting with respect to program compliance.
Assist the business units with investigating serious EHS&S related accidents, incidents and program and product breaches.
Prepares evaluative reports and recommendations, and implements new program measures to mitigate continuing / future risk
Provides guidance to business unit leaders to ensure that near and long-term operational plans are compliant with organizational and jurisdictional EHS&S standards.
Develops standards to meet ongoing and developing requirements in the areas of training, audit and reporting.
As a resource to the management teams, provide feedback to senior management regarding feasibility / advisability of business strategy from a regulatory compliance and EHS&S best practices.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in 4 year College or University degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Sciences)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
4-10 years' experience leading and contributing to compliance and regulatory policy and program development in a materials processing environment.
Formal training in occupational health and safety is a must.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Board of Certified Safety Professionals - Certified Safety Professional certificate.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to travel across North America approximately 25% of the time.

Identify and prioritise investor engagement opportunities across live fundraising campaigns.Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, clients and key industry stakeholders.Follow up investor enquiries and convert interest into meaningful conversations.Coordinate activity across multiple fundraising campaigns, ensuring clear plans, priorities and deadlines are maintained.Communicate confidently with clients, providing updates and helping campaigns remain focused and on track.Support targeted investor communications and marketing activity.Use CRM data, market intelligence and campaign insight to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.Maintain accurate CRM records, activity pipelines and campaign reporting.Assist in preparing high-quality investor presentations, communications and supporting documentation.Share market insight, investor feedback and sector intelligence to help strengthen future campaigns and Oyster's profile within the healthcare investment community.
What We're Looking ForEssential
Commercially minded with a passion for building strong client and stakeholder relationships.Experience in business development, account management, client success, consultancy, project delivery or a similar commercial, client-facing role.Strong knowledge of or experience within the life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology or digital health sectors.Able to understand complex healthcare and commercial concepts and communicate them clearly and confidently.Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Commercially aware and analytical, using data and insight to support decision-making.Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records and pipelines.Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with a self-motivated approach.A confident ambassador who represents the business professionally.Based within commuting distance of Manchester city centre and happy to work from the office on a regular hybrid basis.
Desirable
Experience in investor relations, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance or transaction support.Experience working within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, medtech or digital health organisations.Experience coordinating commercial projects, campaigns or multiple stakeholder workstreams.Salesforce or similar CRM experience.Experience within a professional services, consultancy or advisory business.Degree qualified, ideally in a scientific, healthcare or business-related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.An interest in AI tools and technology-enabled ways of working.
