With in-house design and manufacturing, the business creates engineered solutions around its customers' requirements.
As Sales Manager, you'll work closely with technical colleagues to understand each brief, develop proposals and win business.
The company is also looking to introduce AI into its sales approach and needs a Sales Manager with practical experience using AI tools or systems within their work.

About the Role

You will have strong commercial and communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products to customers.
Experience within the food and beverage industry or a basic understanding of microbiology would be highly advantageous.
Experience selling UVC/UV-C disinfection systems, hygiene technology, industrial equipment, water treatment, HVAC solutions or related technical products would be beneficial, although full product training will be provided.
You will be self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently while collaborating with technical and product teams.
