As the Maintenance Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers to achieve exceptional results aligned with the company's vision and values.
Your focus will be on improving processes, equipment, and working practices to ensure consistent and effective mechanical maintenance programs that maximise production uptime safely and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering high performance and personal development
- Develop and implement consistent and effective maintenance programs to maximise production uptime
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lead weekly team meetings
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate shutdown, project, and normal maintenance plans
- Identify and communicate maintenance resource requirements (spares, people, special tools)
- Track team KPIs, contribute to shut improvement cycles, and ensure high engineer utilisation
- Develop and document preventive maintenance programs using reliability-based techniques
- Manage CMMS and systems, including audits, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, raise purchase order requisitions, and identify continuous contract and fixed spend
Requirements:
- HNC/HND engineering qualification
- Mechanical engineering

Provides technical expertise and training to other departments and the sales force. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide technical support responsive to customer and sales force needs.
Develops and maintains a prioritized list of assignments from the Technical Resource Manager, the Director, Technical Solutions, and Product Managers.
Assists with coordinating, development and updating of technical documents. Monitors and advises on competitive product information. Develops product line presentations and participates in training meetings for customers and company sales force. Actively participates with Industry organizations where appropriate. Assists the product and technical group with technical support, including assisting with the product group helpdesk.
Visits construction sites to observe, collect, and report application procedures and deficiencies.
Manages the system engineered to assist the sales force with national inquiries.
Assists with the field trails of new products and processes.
Responsibilities will include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the Technical Resource Manager and/or Director, Technical Solutions. Generate and/or edit drawing details using AutoCAD or similar software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of related experience required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar software program. Willing and able to access commercial building roofs using a ladder.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, sales and marketing staff, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Willingness to actively participate in a continuing education program.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $48,426 and $60,532 .

They are looking to recruit a Field-Based Account Manager to help drive growth and further strengthen their sales function across the UK.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in switch-mode power supplies, including DIN Rail, open frame, enclosed, modular, and external formats.
Knowledge of LED drivers, DC/DC converters, battery chargers, and inverters is essential.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You will work closely with OEMs and manufacturers across the UK, helping to expand and solidify long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in a field-based sales role focused on power supplies, LED drivers, converters, inverters, or battery chargers
A valid UK driving licence
Experience working directly with OEMs and engineering teams
A strong track record in both business development and key account management

As Service Coordinator you will joining a small, busy service team.
The role is based on site in Buckingham, is full time and permanent offering a salary of between £25,000 and £27,000.

Purpose of the role:
Working as part of the small service team.
Planning, scheduling and reporting on engineer activities, working with the service department and ensuring the smooth process of operations.
Key Accountabilities of the Service Administrator:
Schedule and coordinate engineer diaries to provide maximum efficiency
Be first point of contact for customers
Liaise with customers, resolving any queries quickly and efficiently
Generate system based quotes and invoices
Plan and coordinate service administration
Contact customers to confirm proposed dates and obtain order numbers for scheduled work
Contact customers to progress payment of invoices
Maintain database all customer records
Skills Required for the Service Administrator:
Experience in scheduling/planning preferred
