Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Technical Specialist to promote and sell concrete block admixtures within the construction sector.
This is a remote opportunity, ideal for an individual who thrives on combining technical knowledge of concrete admixtures with strong sales skills.
This role requires understanding both the technical aspects of the products and the needs of the clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the concrete block industry. Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships. Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and training to clients on the use and benefits of admixtures. Prepare and present product proposals and negotiate contracts. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to clients in selecting the right admixture products for their concrete block needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the application of concrete admixtures. Work closely with R&D and product development teams to provide feedback from customers and tailor product offerings. Provide training to customers on the proper handling, mixing, and application of admixtures. Support the marketing team by contributing to product-related content, including technical brochures and case studies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or technical support within the construction materials industry, preferably with concrete admixtures or similar products. Strong understanding of the manufactured concrete (block, pavers and mcp) process and the role of admixtures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Technical certifications in concrete technology or related fields. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

The primary result expected from the Lab Technician will be to complete and document performance testing of various coating attributes by making laboratory samples of paint technologies including color evaluations and color matching as well as other laboratory functions and by assisting in the development and optimization of new or existing products to support revenue growth and profits of the corporation. The Subcontractor Compliance Administrator is an essential part of the Contract Administration team and plays a key role in ensuring our subcontractors meet all contractual and legal requirements.
This position is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and tracking compliance documents-including insurance certificates-and maintaining up-to-date contractor licenses across multiple states.
A basic understanding of insurance is helpful, but attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to per project agreements and Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.
Primary goal is to ensure that subcontractors remain compliant, and enrollments are completed prior to project kick-off or customer deadlines, whichever is earliest.
Cultivates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Essential Functions
Sets up and maintains installation partner information, including Agreements, Amendments, banking information, and insurance, adhering to Stonhard vendor setup policies.
Processes installer tool and supply purchases.
Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment.
Audits weekly statement activity and makes recommendations/raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership.
On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and subcontractor Controlled Insurance Programs and ensures on-time enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout.
Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal.
Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant.
Develops and maintains written SOPs for assigned responsibilities.
Assists in the creation, distribution, tracking, and execution of per project subcontractor agreements as needed, and as directed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership.
Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained as needed in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education
3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, construction administration, sales operations, or customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset

We are working with our client, a growing specialist financial services firm, on a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor to join the team in Newcastle and play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the mortgage and protection landscape.
In this role, you will be guiding clients through the full mortgage and protection process, while building lasting relationships with clients and lenders.
Full CeMAP qualification is essential for this role.
Skills/Experience:
Fully CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) from any industry background.
Willingness to obtain the R05 qualification within three months of joining (client will cover the cost).
Ambitious, personable and client-focussed with excellent communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to stay organised and professional in a fast-moving advisory environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to assess their financial circumstances and deliver tailored guidance on mortgage options.
Support clients through every stage of the mortgage application, ensuring all documentation is accurate, processes run efficiently and all regulatory requirements are met.
Stay informed on current mortgage market trends, legislative updates, and industry best practices.
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and other key partners, serving as a trusted consultant throughout the mortgage process.
Offer ongoing assistance to clients, promptly addressing any queries or issues as their applications progress to completion.
Carry out comprehensive market analysis to source the most appropriate mortgage and protection products for each individual client.
