GENERAL SUMMARY: RPM is looking to add an Associate, IT Help Desk Support to the Corporate IT team to help provide user support of its Corporate Staff and subsidiaries.
This role is an excellent first step into a global organization in the midst of a digital transformation in an effort to become more data driven.
This role will report to the Lead, IT Help Desk Support.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Perform first-level hands on incident management and problem management/troubleshooting. Set up and configure user equipment including but not limited to laptops, desktop and mobile devices. Administer IT service requests, which include necessary communication with appropriate users and other IT staff members. Track issues via ticketing system. Assist with hardware and peripheral inventory. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience and Education Required:
1-3 years' experience with IT end-user support. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and OneDrive/Sharepoint. Experience with supporting computing and mobile devices (laptop, desktop, tablet, mobile phones). Associate's degree or higher preferred; or equivalent work experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Estimator supports the Panelization/Facades business by providing detailed material takeoffs, project estimates, and technical details for client inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement processes for estimating, on-screen material takeoff, and scope reviews to provide added value to the extended sales team and client base.
Follow standard operating procedures for project estimating and manufacturing process development.
Prepare all aspects of an estimate including interpreting specifications and architectural drawings, understanding addendums, RFIs, and all other related documents that pertain to the project for bidding purposes.
Interpret the construction schedule for materials to be installed.
Compute overall costs associated with the project (material and panel fabrication) Create and maintain a database for all projects to include all job cost estimate breakdown documentation provided to the project coordination team.
Assist in the development of written text/illustrations for catalog and installation or design support literature for new product launches.
Convert AutoCAD documents to PDF, GIF, JPEG, EPS, WMF, and other file formats.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Primary Responsibilities: Develop Standard Work for all injection molding processes and support activities and help train leaders in each functional area. Establish and maintain internal specifications and process documentation for injection molding processes and tooling ensuring processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees. Justify and generate capital expense proposals and manage capital projects for new machinery, automation and tooling. The role will work with our internal quality teams to work on continuous improvement activities as well as supporting new product activities.
They will take leadership of our Product Complaint Review (PCR) process, where they will analyze consumer complaint data and identify opportunities for improvement in our products that will drive improved customer and consumer satisfaction.
This individual will work closely with our corporate and plant quality teams, as well as manufacturing and R&D.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with plant and corporate quality teams on management of quality projects and new product launches. Risk assessments on new product launches.
Design and implementation of new quality processes Statistical assessments of process capabilities and identification of opportunities for improvement. Analyze product complaint data, identify opportunities for improvement and work across cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
Will include In depth analysis of customer complaint data in excel, identification of poorly performing products from the data analysis and engaging the brand and R&D teams to identify possible product improvements. Support day-to-day management of quality incidents, processes, etc.
through data analysis and utilization of root cause analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-3+ years of experience (in a manufacturing setting) or equivalent process industry or consumer products manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and/or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry Proficient in MS office, Statistical analysis (Minitab, etc).
SAP experience desirable.
Nice to have: Experience in lean, six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies Possible travel up to 30%

Design and layout mechanical/electrical systems using SolidWorks EPDM. Support hardware, firmware, software and app development. Develop Bills of Materials for new circuit board designs. Evaluate existing designs for cost reduction, component updates, etc. Create technical drawings, schematics, etc.
Support development and manufacturing of electrical systems. Ability to use software analysis tools and calculation programs. Create test plans for component/product validation testing relating to performance, product safety, reliability, and durability. Help coordinate manufacturing launch of new/revised products including wiring work instructions, production test equipment training/work instructions, and other support documentation. Support the development of electrical test equipment for PCBAs and subassemblies. Develop test requirements for internal and external suppliers of electrical components. Establish process control parameters and help to define Standard Work to optimize efficiency and First Pass Yield (FPY). Provide shop floor support, interfacing with other functional groups as required, to resolve processing issues with sound, lasting, corrective actions. Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Temporary Deviation Authorizations (TDAs) to support changes to new or existing components, products, and processes.
Education Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
BS Manufacturing Engineering Technology (BSMfgT) or BS Manufacturing Engineering (BSMfgE) with an Electrical Engineering background with 3+ years relevant experience. Advanced mathematical experience. Valid driver's license required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Knowledge of electrical components, sensors, motors, switches, and controls. Knowledge of PCB design best practices Knowledge of solid modeling Computer Aided Design (CAD), specifically SolidWorks. Ability to work as a team member and/or individually towards overall company objectives. Ability to program firmware for system controls, User Interface, and wireless communication. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Experience with product safety listing standards from various listing agencies UL, ETL, CSA, IEC.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software preferred. Design of Experiments knowledge and experience preferred. Understanding of electronic manufacturing processes preferred. Strong team player with leadership skills and the ability to drive change and manage multiple priorities.
Driven and self-motivated. Analytical, accurate, and detail oriented.
Hiring Range:
Between $86K - $99K/annually
