JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
Carboline is seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and passionate Customer Service Representative to enhance our team's capabilities and drive exceptional customer experiences.
This person will manage the entire order cycle from placement of the order through shipment and billing.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent
4+ years of Customer Service Experience
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting, or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Essential Functions:
Process customer orders accurately from multiple channels (sales reps, email, phone queue), ensuring correct pricing and discounts.
Oversee the entire product journey, from manufacturing and scheduling to shipment and final delivery.
Ensure product availability by prioritizing and negotiating with expeditors.
Collaborate with CS Manager to initiate expediting and improve delivery schedules.
Proactively monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and sales reps.
Collaborate with production and expediting teams to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.
Propose and report inventory adjustments to the Supply Chain Manager.
Adhere to all policies regarding stock and no-charge orders, special charges, quality, credit, freight recovery and commission structures.
Facilitate all paperwork for any requested returns (RGA's) or credit memos.
Proficient in product usage, measurement systems, packaging, production processes, and computer reporting.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Summary:
Carboline is looking for a strategic and results oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead our team in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, leveraging strong relationship-building skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Assist in training and development of sales representatives.
Identify owners, engineers, architectural and independent specification consultants who specify high performance coatings in region assigned.
Network with the specification community to develop quality, timely project leads.
Coordinate projects with site reps and contractors or fabricator reps to close sales.
Communicate with line management, marketing management, and local sales reps on a consistent basis.
Develop monthly project tracking reports and sales forecasts through SFA tools.
Develop and maintain specifications for engineering firms for regional, national, and international business and for select owner base.
Prioritize the development of new opportunities.
Provide project information to the field on a monthly basis.
Work closely with Director of Sales and Strategic Account Managers.
Maintain committed to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Create and update compliance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job hazard analysis (JHAs).
Administer and monitor industrial hygiene sampling and communicate exposure information and/or personal protective equipment requirements to employees.
Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.
Maintain the health & safety statistics database.
Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns.
Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility.
Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to colleagues in other departments.
Analyze problems, identifying alternative solutions, and implementing recommendations in support of the Company safety goals and objectives.

Are you a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to join a supportive and progressive legal team?
Were working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm that is expanding its Clinical Negligence department.
They are seeking a technically strong Solicitor with a passion for complex litigation to take on a diverse and rewarding caseload of medical, dental, and clinical injury claims.
The Role:
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, youll handle your own caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated claims, ranging from Fast Track to high-value Multi Track matters.
Youll be part of a collaborative and expert team that places quality client care and technical excellence at the heart of its work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of complex clinical negligence files from inception to resolution
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes
- Draft court documents, conduct advocacy, and handle cost budgeting effectively
- Deliver a high standard of client care and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work to service level agreements and financial targets, with a commercial mindset
- Operate within compliance frameworks and contribute to team-wide performance
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Clinical Negligence
- Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of clinical negligence litigation
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, varied caseload with confidence
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Familiar with case management systems (experience with Proclaim is desirable)
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
