Technical Service Representative
Department: Sales
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Status: Exempt (Salaried)
Position Overview
The Technical Service Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day service needs for assigned customer accounts and territories.
This role ensures effective product performance, supports customer operations, and delivers high-quality technical service through on-site support, troubleshooting, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical service and support for coatings and finishing processes
Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, effective solutions
Conduct on-site product testing, refinement, and process improvement
Train customer personnel on product use and application techniques
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and process changes
Perform process audits to ensure quality and consistency
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges
Represent the company professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
Provide regular updates and reports on service activities and performance
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of finishing or related laboratory/formulation experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and influence customer personnel
Strong organizational and analytical abilities

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back product, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.
Essential Functions
Processes returns from sales field installations.
Cut-backs of materials for re-work or waste stream.
Moves materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas.
Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazard, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to floor supervisor/management.
Assists in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from floor management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.
Additional tasks may be performed as required, and do not significantly alter this description.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
One year minimum warehouse experience.
Forklift operations experience
Valid Drivers License
Preferred Requirements
Hazmat materials training
Forklift experience in sit-down, Picker, and Bendi lift equipment.
Physical Requirements
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected)
Bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting - frequent
Must be able to pick up 50# bags
Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.00/hour and $20.00/hour.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Title: Concrete Protection Specialist
Summary:
Play a key role in driving the growth of Carboline's Concrete Protection platform by combining technical expertise with strategic business development.
This role serves as a trusted subject matter expert across concrete repair, rehabilitation, protective linings, secondary containment, and resinous flooring systems.
Partnering closely with sales teams, engineers, and customers, you will help evaluate opportunities, develop effective solutions, influence specifications, and support successful project execution across both direct and indirect channels.
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of experience in concrete repair, protective coatings, resinous flooring, waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, or related construction markets
Strong working knowledge of concrete deterioration mechanisms, repair methodologies, and surface preparation practices
Familiarity with AMPP, ICRI, and ASTM standards, guidelines, and industry best practices for concrete rehabilitation
Hands-on experience with repair mortars, epoxies, polyurethanes, urethane cement, and protective lining technologies
Knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure, rehabilitation practices, and protective lining systems preferred
Valid Driver's License required
Physical Requirements:
Primarily low physical demand role with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)

The QA Technical Service Representative is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. 1st Shift (Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM)Overtime is available/required.
Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week!
Responsibilities:
Operates a variety of packaging and filling lines including: placing of packaging on the line, monitoring the filling operation, packing-off finished product, performing quality checks and assisting in the cleaning and changeover of the line.
Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory by proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, reporting any spills, and ensuring all items per case and cases per pallet counts are accurate.
Utilize RF scanner and SAP system.
Maintain production logs to accurately record downtime/issues.
Completes all paperwork accurately.
Performs housekeeping duties to ensure a neat and orderly work area.
Abides by all departmental and plant safety rules.
Works in other areas as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
regularly and stand for periods of up to 3 hours at a time
Must be able to team lift 70-100 lbs.
occasionally
Ability to climb steps/ladders
Ability to become a licensed DAP forklift driver
Must wear required PPE at all times throughout the shift (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
Pay Rate:
$22.23/hr

Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the physical receipt, checking, and storage of delivered materials and materials for shipment.
Essential Functions:
Works with CSR / AR Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure proper handling of inbound and out bound freight. Manages storage of raw materials and finished goods, along with container counts. Must be certified forklift operator and follow all regulations and company policies in order to safely load and unload materials to/from trailers and tankers so they may be transported safely and comply with all regulations.
Maintaining hazardous waste storage area and hazardous waste inventory in a manner consistent with all federal, state, local and company regulations and policies. Responsible for ensuring all trucks, trailers, and drivers have the proper licenses and certifications to haul any and all materials they deliver or pick up from Arnette Polymers, including hazardous waste. Ensure all containers are clean, labeled properly, and stored in appropriate containers, as to maintain compliance with all regulations and policies; Knowledgeable in DOT and RCRA regulations. WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process

• Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound

• Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments

The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift Certified
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices
• Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
