As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will be required to:
Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum
Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication, meetings, and reports to discuss student progress
Reflect on teaching practices and seek continuous improvement.
Promote an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A solid understanding of the UK National curriculum
Proven experience through placements or teaching in KS1 and KS2
Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about teaching.
Strong communication and classroom management skills
UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
The right to work in the UK

The senior leadership team have high expectations for teaching and pupils' achievement, children love coming to school and learning, behaviour across the school is generally good.
The school are looking for a creative, dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join them from September 2025.
As a Primary Class Teacher you will be required to:
Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments
