As Project Manager you will lead a £2.5m-£3m emissions-reduction project from feasibility through to the installation, commissioning and handover of a new industrial scrubber system.

The Engineering Project Manager role:
You will join during the current feasibility stage and take ownership of the project through detailed design, procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover.
Working with the central procurement team, you will manage the RFQ/RFT process before selecting and managing the OEM, specialist suppliers and contractors responsible for delivering the new scrubber system.

Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the infrastructure, safety, and support systems of the Greensboro Innovation Center.
This includes ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and air handling systems are safe and operational to support building activities.
This position is responsible for leading the safety and housekeeping program and is the primary point of contact with other internal functions within the building to ensure the safety and productivity of the personnel from a facility support standpoint.
Main Responsibilities
Plan and supervise maintenance support and repair of building mechanical, electrical, and air handling systems, as well as laboratory equipment.
This includes performing routine maintenance, overseeing contractors, and managing capital projects.
Lead facility safety and compliance programs in conjunction with other functional leaders.
Responsible for the overall safety of the site, including maintaining hazardous chemical/material disposal compliance, safe operation of equipment including lock out/tag out compliance, site security/access, overall housekeeping compliance, and safety training.
Ensure compliance to all recordkeeping and documentation requirements supporting environmental, safety, contractor, capital project, or other facility related activities.
Oversee and manage projects of varying complexity levels by managing to required timelines and milestones.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of related experience, preferably in a laboratory or manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Effective communication skills with work contacts at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills, with proven experience managing complex compliance requirements.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of mechanical, electrical, and equipment related issues.

The Role
As an Agricultural Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of agricultural machinery across your designated region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing, maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
Carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Providing technical support and advice to customers.
Completing service reports and associated paperwork accurately.
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach whilst representing the business.
What We\'re Looking For:
Previous experience as an Agricultural Engineer, Plant Engineer, HGV Engineer or similar.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience working on tractors, combines, harvesters or related agricultural equipment.
NVQ Level 3 in Land Based Engineering, Plant Maintenance or equivalent (preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Self-motivated engineer with the ability to work independently.
