ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication.
All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources.
Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems.
Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco
Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific:
Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific
Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage
Walk the roof with the Foreman.
Address proper drainage, staging, application and details
Observe and document all work being done The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

As an HGV Technician / HGV Fitter, you will be diagnosing faults, carrying out hands-on repairs and maintenance, and taking ownership of vehicle availability and safety.

You will be responsible for:
* Carrying out servicing, inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance on HGVs and associated vehicles and equipment.
* Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using technical information, schematics and modern diagnostic equipment, including laptop-based systems.
* Identifying faults and completing repairs to brakes, engines, transmissions, electrical systems and other vehicle components.
* Undertaking fabrication, welding, soldering and component assembly as part of repair and modification work.
* Working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and other workshop machinery.
* Inspecting and maintaining associated equipment, including trailers, excavators and forklifts.
* Preparing vehicles for MOTs and carrying out any necessary work to ensure they are safe and ready to return to service.
* Keeping clear and accurate records of servicing, repairs and inspections.
What we are looking for:
* Hands-on experience in HGV maintenance and repair.
* A strong mechanical background with substantial practical experience working on vehicles and using workshop tools.
* Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
* Confidence using modern vehicle diagnostic equipment, including laptop-based diagnostics.
* Experience with vehicle electrical systems, wiring and electronic components.
* Practical fabrication, welding and soldering skills.
* Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical diagrams.
* Carry out heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely.
