Holt Engineering are recruiting for Assemblers to join our manufacturing client in Horsham on a Late shift, this role is to start as soon as possible and is full time.
The role is working Monday to Friday 1:30pm - 9pm totalling 37.5 hours and is paying £12.21ph, they also have lots of overtime available.
Our client are experts in innovation across multiple sectors including Aerospace, Building Automation, Energy and sustainability solutions and industrial automation.

The duties for this Assembler position will include:
- Electronic assembly
- PCB testing
- Final Assembly duties
- Following drawings and using hand and power tools when needed
- Quality checking
To be considered for this Assembler role you will need:
- To be Committed to the employment contract
- Have a can do attitude and the want to progress within your career
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Ability to read and understand work orders or drawings

Electronic Design Engineer required to join a multi-layer PCB Design team designing and developing electronics and printed circuit assemblies creating and supporting everything required for manufacture including the PCB Footprint and Schematic Symbols.
Skills
Multilayer PCB design commercial experience.
Recent PCB design tool experience of Altium Designer or Cadence OrCAD/Allegro etc.
Degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related.
PCB signal integrity knowledge, PCB stack-up, impedance control, ESD mitigation and EMC compliance.
Design for test and manufacture understanding of Analogue and Digital boards.

They are now seeking a seeking an Electronics Test Engineer, to join a dynamic team, responsible for diagnostics and fault finding on returned devices and conducting quality investigations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic testing and fault analysis on devices returned under warranty.
Repair or replace defective components, ensuring devices meet operational specifications.
Document detailed findings and repair procedures, following internal repair protocols.
Conduct NCR investigations and root cause analysis for product failures.
Investigate customer complaints and warranty returns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in diagnostics, fault finding, and repair of electronic or electro-mechanical devices
Experience with IPC-A-610 standards for electronic assembly and soldering quality and IPC -A-620 for requirements and acceptance of Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies.
Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and software-based diagnostic tools.
Experience in conducting NCR investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Relevant certifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or similar industry-recognized qualifications are desirable.
