The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$23-29/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Team Building
Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the non-union status of the facility is maintained, personnel and team development improves, and a self-directed workforce develops.
Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company HR policy to consistently enforce company policies and standards.
Continuous Improvement
Establish and monitor key metrics in all areas.
Analyze data, identify trends, implement needed corrections to ensure processes and practices stay in control while continuous improvement objectives are obtained.
Recommend cost savings ideas.
Lead RCA investigations and participate in FIT Events and Green Belt Projects.
Communication
Establish strong lines of communication with the Plant Manager on a daily basis.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
7 years+ experience in the relevant field.
Management training with maintenance skills, knowledge, and ability.

Microsoft Office software, MRO systems, Mainframe interactions, inventory, and financial management skills.
Ability to hit timelines.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Starting in the Felt Department or Roofing Department of the East 80th Cleveland Manufacturing Plant, the Operator will start up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely, while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular, full-time, union position if the employee completes the probationary period.
During the probationary period, this position will work on the 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on the Plant's needs.
3-SHIFT FACILITY:
1st Shift: 6 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: 2 p.m.
to 10:30 p.m.

3rd Shift: 10 p.m.
to 6:30 a.m.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs work safely, according to safety rules and guidelines, and follows Tremco's Escalation Policy for any safety or quality concerns.
Communicates with Team Lead and/or Supervisor during shift changes and throughout the shift.
Understands and operates the HMI at the various stations along the line to keep the line operating safely and efficiently.
Monitors weight, speed, and other metrics along the line.
Operates forklift to move raw materials, load carrier, and move finished product.
Makes raw material batches in the appropriate mixer(s), according to specifications.
Performs quality control tests on the batches, per established guidelines.
Ensures proper labels are being used on the taping machine.
Fills appropriate-sized pails, drums, or totes, labels filled items, and places pails/drums on pallet.

Summary:
Carboline is seeking a strategic and collaborative Project Development Manager in the Northeast with candidates ideally located in the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh metro areas to effectively support the assigned territory.
This role will require a proactive approach to drive major project growth through early engagement with engineers, architects, EPCs, and other key influencers.
This role leads cross-functional teams to ensure Carboline is specified early in the design cycle and delivers winning outcomes.
Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, influencing skills, excellent communication, and analytical expertise-especially in pipeline management with a proactive approach to drive major project growth through early engagement with engineers, architects, EPCs, and other key influencers.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in project selling and specification influence.
Strong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Analytical mindset with pipeline management expertise (Salesforce experience preferred).
Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Minimal physical activity; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Extended computer usage (up to 8 hours/day).
Occasional exposure to chemicals.
Travel by car or air up to 50%, including overnight stays.
Essential Functions:
Identify and engage major projects early in the design cycle to influence specifications and construction documents.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic projects within your territory/market.
Develop and execute project pursuit strategies that position Carboline for success.
Cultivate relationships with engineers, architects, EPCs, consultants, and owners.
Lead internal coordination across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Project Development teams.
Own the full project-selling lifecycle-from pipeline growth to specification capture to final sales outcomes.
Utilize Salesforce to track activity, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate reporting.
Build and execute annual pursuit and specification plans to drive sustained regional growth.
Champion all safety and quality standards.
