Maintain ISO 14001/45001 systems, prepare monthly HSE reports for the MD, and manage on?site security and cleaning teams including monthly reviews.

Support mechanical breakdowns and assist the wider team with multi-skilled engineering tasks
Fault-find and troubleshoot electrical systems including inverters, motors, and PLCs (preferably Siemens)
Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and internal maintenance procedures
Work collaboratively with other engineers and production staff to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance
Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and plant uptime
Undergo ongoing technical training and development
The ideal candidate:
Electrically qualified: NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (essential)
Proven experience working in a multi-skilled maintenance role with strong electrical bias
Confident in electrical fault finding, interpreting wiring diagrams, and working with control panels
Comfortable with 3-phase motors, inverters, and PLC fault finding (preferably Siemens)
Familiar with working in FMCG or fast-paced industrial settings
A flexible team player with good problem-solving and communication skills
Willing and able to complete an electrical competency test during the interview process
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in food, FMCG, or packaging industries
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, automation, and controls
Experience with STAR-DELTA circuits, current flow analysis, and component troubleshooting
Additional mechanical knowledge (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and within tight production schedules

Our client is seeking an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to join their engineering team, contributing to the design and development of advanced medium-power electronic systems.
This role offers hands-on involvement across the full product lifecycle, working on power conversion, control electronics, and embedded systems typically in the 100 W-10 kW range.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, production-ready designs for modern electrical and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop medium-power electronics (100 W-10 kW) including:
Power conversion stages
Analog and digital control circuitry
Signal conditioning and feedback systems
Produce high-quality schematic designs, component selection, and multi-layer PCB layouts.
Perform simulation, prototyping, debugging, and verification testing.
Support new product introduction from concept through production.
Collaborate with test, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure reliable and manufacturable designs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and product performance.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, EMC requirements, and relevant safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
