Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.

The CADD Specialist I ensures proper visual representation of Commercial Sealant and Waterproofing products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing 2d and 3d detail drawings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2D Drafting: Assist with general detail drawing requests under direction of Senior CADD Specialist and/or Manager or Technical Application Specialist.
Product Line: Basic understanding of application instructions and product application sequencing. 3D Modeling: Assist with basic requests under direction of Senior CADD Specialist and/or Manager. Provide answers to inquiries on detail drawings, 3d models, and web-site navigation. Use information given to create clear and accurate 2d and 3d drawings as requested to help make the sale. The Role Mechanical Fitter
- Carry out repair, maintenance, and assembly of mechanical machinery and components.
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostic tasks on a variety of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Support the Workshop Manager with various duties, including assisting with quotations.
- Complete relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required
- Proven experience with mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Strong background in fault finding, maintenance, repair, and mechanical assembly.
- Comfortable working closely with a team in a workshop environment.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the LE4 area and be flexible for on-call duties.

The Role of the Product Advisor
The main role as the new Product Advisor is to sell a portfolio of seating, standing, mobility, sleeping therapy and bathroom equipment.
Demonstrating and advising customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
You will also conduct assessments, set-ups and reviews of equipment in schools, homes or clinics to ensure appropriate solutions to a child's postural needs.
Selling into Education, Health and Social i.e.
Special Schools, Social Care, NHS.
Most accounts have some products so it’s about upselling into these accounts and really nurturing them.
Will be supported by a first- class customer and sales support team.

The Ideal Person for the Product Advisor
Ideally looking for someone that comes from a related background and dealing with children.
(Seating, standing, mobility, sleeping therapy and bathroom equipment).
Must be really amiable, friendly, consultative in your approach.
Could consider an Occupational Therapist with good commercial awareness and acumen.
Will consider OTs/Physiotherapists preferably with commercial experience or OTs/Physios with the ability to adapt to a commercial role.
