Position Overview
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and packaging from approved suppliers.
You will work closely with various departments, including production, warehouse, finance, sales, NPD, and quality teams, to support the company's manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and purchase materials and packaging from approved suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve supply issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Work with production and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and prevent shortages
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries and minimise production delays
- Assist in cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support finance in invoice reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales, NPD, and quality teams to support new product development and ingredient approvals
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material handling and storage
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and supplier documentation
- Keep up to date with industry trends, supplier markets, and potential supply chain risks
- Maintain purchasing databases and ensure supplier certifications and agreements are up to date
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience
- Manufacturing, Engineering or FMCG background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sourcing materials and/or packaging within the UK and internationally
- Understanding of inventory management, specifications, Certificates of Analysis, and supply chain risk management

This role supports the implementation of a new ERP system by restructuring and migrating Engineering and Production data, ensuring accurate and consistent part numbering, BOM integrity, and data readiness for production.
Key Responsibilities for Configuration Engineer
- Cleanse and migrate existing parts and BOMs to a new numbering scheme, including normalising part data and restructuring BOMs.
- Process Change Requests (CRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to align with ERP system requirements.
- Reformat and restructure BOMs and part data for direct ERP import compatibility.
- Verify the integrity of parts and BOMs during cleansing, restructuring, and final import.

Pre-Sales Consultant - London
3-6 Month Contract - Inside IR35
2 -3 Days per week onsite - Hybrid working
Pre-sales consultant required for a leading client based in London.
My client is currently seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to come on board to act as a Technical Consultant with a proven ability to capture business requirements and define effective, fit-for-purpose solutions.
The ideal candidate will leverage their broad technical expertise to participate confidently in client-facing sales discussions, helping shape commercially viable solutions that meet business needs while earning trust from both clients and internal teams.
In this role, you'll primarily work with our existing clients, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you'll help define and evolve technology roadmaps.
You'll become a trusted advisor, clearly articulating how our technical solutions can address challenges and deliver tangible value.
Key skills and responsibilities,
Lead discovery sessions during presales engagements to identify customer business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements, providing strategic recommendations and best practices
Collaborate with the sales team to present solutions and products to existing clients, showing how offerings align with their business needs
Create detailed project scoping documentation that translates customer needs into viable technical solutions
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop comprehensive solution designs where specialist input is required
Support the sales function by maintaining and refining key presales assets such as solution documentation, technical checklists, pricing tools, and proposal templates
Contribute to product management by identifying opportunities for new services or enhancements based on customer demand and market trends.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets for effective billing and internal project tracking.
Produce regular management reports highlighting key presales activities and performance metrics.
Experience in a presales, technical consultancy, solution architect, or delivery engineering role, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment.
Broad knowledge across modern technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, Azure, networking infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with delivering or supporting projects and change programs in complex IT environments.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Assistant
As a Warehouse Stock Assistant you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
