Essential Functions:
Lead daily maintenance activities. Ensure CMMS is current and orderly. Follow up on work orders to ensure sufficient work is being performed by technicians Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Troubleshoot and perform repairs to manufacturing and facility equipment as needed. Assign and schedule work as needed.
Works with planning and production team to plan major repairs.
Leads technical development of maintenance team. Collaborate with safety, production, engineering, and maintenance team to find and implement improvements to manufacturing and facility equipment. Maintain parts inventory to ensure critical spare parts are on hand.
Ensures accuracy between CMMS and physical inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma 5-7 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Excellent leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Experience with CMMS Systems
Preferred Requirements:
5-7 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Ability to analyze and solve problems Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills

Purchasing
When needed, negotiate and monitor formal supplier agreements and other purchase and supply contracts. Leverage corporate wide spending to support "lowest cost of ownership and highest value" by reviewing and analyzing company procurement practices, developing suppliers, and working collaboratively with other departments in the company. Train and coach purchasing department in new systems, practices, and approaches to procurement. Work in cooperation with the Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing and QA Departments to develop a robust supply chain for new and existing products. Conduct formal requests for quote, tabulate, review and compare bids with specifications to verify conformance; consider the quality of items, services and abilities of the supplier in terms of company needs. Evaluate, monitor, select and revise the supplier base based on price, quality, service/support, warranty, and reliability. Develop monthly reports and measures on purchasing activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Hiring Range
Between $110K - $125K annually

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.

Works with other Quality personnel to produce periodic reports on first pass yield/cost of quality, inspection results, MRB dispositions and other quality metrics as appropriate. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Assist in targeting and establishing departmental goals, utilizing a philosophy of a continuous improvement Identify, and where appropriate, develop alternative sourcing strategies including off-shore and on-shore sources of supply. Lead cost reduction and transition activities. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, maintaining high levels of personal contact with these organizations. Assist in the development and implementation of policy and procedures for the department . Assist in the selection and training of departmental staff, including regular performance reviews. Plan and assist in the departmental budgeting process including operational expenses, headcount, and capital expenses. Build a collaborative culture within the company and Purchasing Department. Strategic planning and execution of procuring materials and all other related components for Legend Brands' companies. Supervise purchasing staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Purchasing
When needed, negotiate and monitor formal supplier agreements and other purchase and supply contracts. Leverage corporate wide spending to support "lowest cost of ownership and highest value" by reviewing and analyzing company procurement practices, developing suppliers, and working collaboratively with other departments in the company. Train and coach purchasing department in new systems, practices, and approaches to procurement. Work in cooperation with the Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing and QA Departments to develop a robust supply chain for new and existing products. Conduct formal requests for quote, tabulate, review and compare bids with specifications to verify conformance; consider the quality of items, services and abilities of the supplier in terms of company needs. Evaluate, monitor, select and revise the supplier base based on price, quality, service/support, warranty, and reliability. Develop monthly reports and measures on purchasing activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, certification and/or licensure required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered. Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field preferred. 10 years of procurement, supply chain or related experience required. Previous experience in overseas procurement supply chain management preferred.
Prior experience with vendor negotiation and managing complex supplier relationships in a regulated environment, strongly preferred.
Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance (e.g pricing agreements, terms of service), preferred. Experience with ERP systems required. Certifications
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred.
Hiring Range
Between $110K - $125K annually

Position Summary:

Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer (MfgE) I/II/Senior is responsible for developing, implementing, directing and coordinating manufacturing materials and processes to achieve the most efficient, cost effective and high-quality production possible in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
The MfgE is responsible for leading the transition from new product development to manufacturing; providing daily manufacturing support for existing products; and leading implementation of design changes and quality improvements.

Establish process control parameters and help to define Standard Work to optimize efficiency and First Pass Yield (FPY). Analyze space requirements and workflow, and design the layout of equipment and workstations to ensure maximum efficiency and an ergonomically sound work environment. Perform research and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
Conduct studies and evaluations aimed at developing new technologies to reduce cost/lead time, and improve quality/product flow Performs other related duties as assigned.

This level requires the following certifications: SolidWorks CAD Design Professional (CSWP) Manufacturing Engineer II perform broader range of duties, proven skillset to fully perform Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities, more technically complex tasks, expected to set an example of professional efficiency, and provide technical direction to less experienced staff.

This level requires the following certifications: Design of Experiments SolidWorks Administration PDM (CPAP) Senior Manufacturing Engineer perform broader skilled work and specialize in one trade or craft but perform work in a variety of disciplines.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer receives minimal instruction or assistance and is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies associated with the department.
