As Regional Manager- National Business Development you will report directly to the Vice-President of National Business Development.
This is a remote position best suited for an individual in the Texarkana region due to business needs.
General Purpose of the Position: You will promote and sell the Euclid Chemical Company to owners and design professionals in your assigned territory, including Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Your key clients are owners, architects, engineers, ready-mix concrete producers and design/build contractors.
You will concentrate on core activities including concrete technology seminars, specification development, product / project initiatives and national accounts.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 plus annual bonus program
Major Responsibilities will include:
Working directly with owners and design professionals Promoting Euclid Chemical through properly written specifications Providing technical presentations to small and large groups Participating in National Organizations, including ACI, ICRI, etc. Working directly with local sales teams to help promote sales of Euclid products.
Working directly with other representatives of the Business Development Team.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors' degree (P.E.
Civil / Structural preferred) 3+ years of experience calling on architectural / engineering firms regarding construction and concrete repair products. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and Excel Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies.

Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's).
PLC with ladder logic analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus), strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal.

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Responsible for updating regional administration with copies of proposals and providing all data needed to maintain proposal metrics for any region supported. Continually measure the impact of activities and adapt and refine the program of delivery with the Safety Solutions Director as necessary. Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs and initiatives, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This position has responsibility of assisting members of the product and technical groups in executing their respective missions.
The candidate must be a team player and interface / coordinate with several other departments within Tremco.
Expectations are to participate in critical activities aimed at improving existing technical documentation, creating new technical documentation, solving application challenges in the field and assisting with providing technical training to the sales force.
Taking initiative, demonstrating enthusiasm, learning new skills and working towards greater autonomy are also expected.
The position reports to the Technical Resource Manager and will work closely with the Director, Technical Solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical expertise and training to other departments and the sales force. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide technical support responsive to customer and sales force needs.
Develops and maintains a prioritized list of assignments from the Technical Resource Manager, the Director, Technical Solutions, and Product Managers.
Assists with coordinating, development and updating of technical documents. Monitors and advises on competitive product information. Develops product line presentations and participates in training meetings for customers and company sales force. Actively participates with Industry organizations where appropriate. Assists the product and technical group with technical support, including assisting with the product group helpdesk.
Visits construction sites to observe, collect, and report application procedures and deficiencies.
Manages the system engineered to assist the sales force with national inquiries.
Assists with the field trails of new products and processes.
Responsibilities will include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the Technical Resource Manager and/or Director, Technical Solutions. Generate and/or edit drawing details using AutoCAD or similar software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of related experience required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar software program. Willing and able to access commercial building roofs using a ladder.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, sales and marketing staff, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Willingness to actively participate in a continuing education program.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $48,426 and $60,532 .
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
