Reporting to the Finance Director, as the Financial Controller, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance department, leading and developing a team of 5.

Deliver insightful MI analysis and provide Finance Business Partner support to key operational departments.
Lead on cost of manufacturing, bills of materials, and standardised product costings analysis.
Full ownership of cashflow management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee weekly and monthly payroll.
Drive the implementation & adoption of a new ERP system, modernising and streamlining finance processes.
Manage manual processes in the short term while delivering automation longer-term.
Partner with operational and commercial leads to provide financial insight, challenge, and support decision-making.
Responsible for Year End, External Audit and Statutory submissions, in collaboration with the external practice.
Review and refine the company's bonus scheme and reward model.
Support the Finance Director with ad hoc analysis, projects, and strategic initiatives.
THE PERSON
Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Qualified by Experience / QBE
Strong manufacturing of engineering finance background, including cost of manufacturing, bills of material / BOM's, and standard product costings
Must have experience leading a small team, within a similar role, such as Senior Management Accountant, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager
Must have experience of producing management accounts
Track record of systems migration / implementation
Strong business partnering and communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress towards Head of Finance

As the CAD Revit Technician you will be producing Temporary Works designs and drawings on a day-to-day basis

The Role of the Regional Engineer

The Role of the Territory Manager
Our client sells a range of advanced wound care dressings, absorbents, skin protectants, peak flow meters, gloves, & surgical tapes
70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute
To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.
To reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines.
Customers will include TVNs, Procurement, Nursing Homes, Stoma Nurses, Incontinence Nurses, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, District Nurses and a range of Key Opinion Leaders.
The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure Sales targets are achieved.
It is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success
Participation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth to achieve sales targets.
Closely working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant.
Covering the North West – Ideally based Manchester/Liverpool
The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Wound care experience both acute and community
Will also consider pharma, devices or medical consumables.
Need to understand the NHS buying landscape
Understands the prescription route
Confident product demonstrator
Solid communication skills especially with anatomy & physiology
Someone used to selling into hospitals, quick learner, have a sense of urgency.
You will need to be a strong team player.
The ideal candidate is energetic and looking to make a name for themselves.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding challenging targets
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite software and the internet
A full driving licence

Im supporting a specialist engineering and construction organisation as they look to bring an experienced Commercial Manager into their leadership team.
This is a key role for someone who thrives on commercial control, contractual accuracy and driving value throughout the full project lifecycle.
The position sits at the centre of a high-performing construction department, working across major projects delivered under NEC4, and requires someone confident managing risk, cost, governance and stakeholder expectations from pre-contract through to final account.
Youll take ownership of commercial and contractual management across a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring full compliance with NEC processes and company governance.
Working closely with operational, financial and planning teams, youll play a vital part in driving cost efficiency, contractual discipline and commercial assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading commercial and contractual management across multiple construction projects
- Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including EWNs, CEs, payment applications, variations and final accounts
- Maintaining detailed commercial records, change logs and contractual correspondence
- Supporting pre-contract tendering, procurement and programme planning activities
- Managing cost reporting, forecasting, budget vs actual, earned value and risk/opportunity tracking
- Producing commercial reports for clients and senior leadership
- Negotiating commercial settlements and ensuring lessons learned are captured
- Providing commercial leadership to internal teams and mentoring junior commercial staff
- Supporting risk management, quality and commercial compliance through to project completion
To be successful in this role, youll need:
- 5+ years experience in commercial or contract management within construction
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge including EWN, CEs and contractual obligations
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, from tender to final account
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and present cost information
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
- Professional membership (RICS, CIPS, AACE) or NEC accreditation is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex project environment
- Competence across commercial/contract management software and Microsoft Office
