Job Title: Sourcing Manager, Global Sourcing

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sourcing Manager, Global Sourcing, is responsible for managing global sourcing activities for Purchase for Resale (PFR) items that support RPM's Consumer Group product portfolio, as well as select direct materials used in manufacturing.
This role focuses on optimizing cost, quality, service, and supply continuity across resale products, raw materials, and packaging.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Operations, this role ensures that both PFR and direct materials suppliers meet technical, commercial, and operational requirements while supporting company growth and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplier Management:
Manage a global supplier base for PFR and select direct materials.
Ensure suppliers meet performance expectations for quality, cost, delivery, service, regulatory compliance, and technical capability.
Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and periodic business reviews.
Monitor PFR supplier capabilities to ensure readiness for product launches, line expansions, and category growth.
Sourcing Execution & Commercial Management
Lead RFQs/RFPs for both PFR categories and select direct materials.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and recommend sourcing decisions.
Evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO) for PFR and select direct categories.
Collaborate with Sourcing and Product Management on PFR SKU sourcing.
Coordinate cross-functionally to support all sourcing activities related to new product launches.
Cost Management, Value Engineering & Market Monitoring
Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities across assigned categories.
Understand global commodity markets, material trends, and cost drivers affecting the coatings industry.
Support standard cost updates.
Provide cost inputs for business cases, new product development (NPD), and PFR margin analysis.
Contracts, Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Support creation and negotiation of supply agreements, pricing contracts, and commercial terms.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, regulatory, and product compliance requirements.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source exposure, quality concerns, capacity constraints, and geopolitical issues.
Support business continuity planning for PFR and critical material suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field-or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience, ideally in global, consumer goods, chemicals, coatings, or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of supply chains related to finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and commercial agreement support.
Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of financial concepts such as cost structures, budgeting, and savings validation.
SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
Travel: 25% (International & Domestic)

Tilt-up or site-cast construction knowledge.
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and drafting.
Effective team player and self-motivated.

The Training Manager will lead the design and delivery of structured operator and engineering training programmes, working closely with customers and internal technical teams.
You will take full ownership of customer-facing training activity, ensuring training is delivered to a consistently high standard across on-site and in-house environments.
This role combines hands-on delivery with content development, programme evaluation, and close collaboration with service, sales, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities of a Training Manager:
- Design, implement, promote, and maintain structured operator and engineering training programmes
- Deliver engaging on-site and in-house training sessions for customers
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and visual content
- Ensure training content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with technical standards
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for all training-related queries
- Coordinate training schedules with internal departments and external partners
- Maintain accurate records and prepare training activity reports for senior management
What you Need:
- Proven experience in a technical training or training management role
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or machinery environments
- Strong capability in developing structured technical training content
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components to tight tolerances and high standards.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £41,000 and benefits.
Hoist lifting equipment & hoist training will be provided.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a CNC Turner, CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, CNC Setter, CNC Machinist, CNC Setter Operator or in a similar role.
* Have experience programming CNC lathes on 2-axis turning machines.
* Ability to write new CNC programs manually at the machine
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* Skilled in performing in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
* Experienced in producing one-off and short-run precision components across various metals.
* Comfortable working on components across a variety of sizes and materials.
Shift:
* Monday - Thursday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
* Friday: 8.00am - 2.30pm.
