JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Works with customers and internal departments to facilitate order processing, shipment coordination, and resolution of customer requests.
Customer Account Management
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Maintain professional and responsive communication with customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Order Management & Processing
Enter and maintain all customer orders accurately.
Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Monitor order status and ensure timely completion.
Enter all sample requests and monitor for timely shipments.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination
Schedule pickups and coordinate shipments with warehouse personnel.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Communicate shipment details with customers.
Monitor outbound shipments for correct shipping documents, placards and necessary paperwork.
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Support
Generate invoices for all completed orders.
Monitor assigned customer accounts for past-due balances.
Perform basic follow-up and notify management of outstanding issues.
Customer Performance & Activity Monitoring
Review customer order trends compared to prior periods.
Identify inactive or declining accounts.
Conduct proactive outreach to maintain engagement and identify opportunities.
Customer Issue & Quality Complaint Intake
Serve as initial point of contact for customer concerns or product issues.
Gather detailed and structured information using standard intake procedures.
Document and escalate issues appropriately to management.
Front Office & General Support
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Greet and assist visitors as needed.
Maintain a professional front-office presence.
Open, stamp and distribute mail daily.
Purchasing & Administrative Support
Order office and facility supplies as assigned.
Enter requisitions for non-inventory purchases as required.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in required safety and compliance training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations as well as company policies.
Suggest improvements for safety and compliance.
Promptly reports any safety incidents and participates in incident investigations as requested.
Support team members and provide cross-functional assistance as needed.
Act in a stewardship capacity for the Company, work as a functional member of the team, can self-direct and self-regulate workday.
Provides backup, on-call and overtime support as needed in the evenings and other required times as designated by management.
Position should be proficient and able to handle the transfer of duties as required, whether permanent or in case of absence.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education and experience: High School Diploma and 5 years' experience in an office environment and relevant experience as described.
Specialized technical/aptitude experience: Ability to listen and interpret customer needs.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of office and facilities coordination and basic leadership and management knowledge.
Ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material and ability to handle multiple, competing and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing, and to provide exceptional service internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and execute job related tasks and project responsibilities independently, exercising judgment in the areas of customer relations, shipping logistics and handling of materials.

Relevant computer skills for this position include knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications; experience using LN preferred.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear.

Summary:
Play a key role in driving the growth of Carboline's Concrete Protection platform by combining technical expertise with strategic business development.
This role serves as a trusted subject matter expert across concrete repair, rehabilitation, protective linings, secondary containment, and resinous flooring systems.

Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of experience in concrete repair, protective coatings, resinous flooring, waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, or related construction markets

Familiarity with AMPP, ICRI, and ASTM standards, guidelines, and industry best practices for concrete rehabilitation

The Euclid Chemical Company is now hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability, safety, and performance of plant equipment.
In addition to scheduled PMs, this role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems as needed to minimize unplanned downtime.
Technicians will also assist with equipment installations, fabrication, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve equipment life
Weld and fabricate components for equipment repair or modification as needed
Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild a wide variety of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using meters, schematics, and other test equipment
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Accurately complete and update maintenance records using SAP's Plant Maintenance Module
Assist with identifying repairs, documenting short- and long-term needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area
Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts
Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions
Comply with all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
Strong mechanical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair of pumps, gearboxes, motors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Skilled in welding, fabrication, and use of cutting equipment
Basic computer skills, including the use of email and maintenance
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or training is a plus
Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime based on production and maintenance needs.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:
The ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
Regular activities include standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, reaching with arms, speaking, and hearing.
Frequent actions include climbing or balancing, while occasional tasks may involve sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
The technician must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional vibration, with moderate noise levels typical of an industrial setting.
