As our Product Support Representative, after extensive (paid) training, you will be the go-to problem solver for the end user of RO products.

Responsibilities:
Communicates with customers by telephone, email, chat or social media channels to provide information about proper selection of products and their use, and to help resolve consumer issues.
Utilize product documentation as well as received training to support consumers across a wide assortment of products.
Documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of problems and to determine possible causes.
Collaborate with other departments in the organization on the investigation and documentation of reported issues.
Requirements: This call center is operational from 7am- 6 pm.
Flexible scheduling availability is required to accommodate our customers' needs.
3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Outstanding listening and communication skills.
Must possesses a strong customer focus
Demonstrated ability to successfully 'think on your feet' - to analyze information received and quickly process it to determine what would be the appropriate next step in terms of additional information needed, appropriate resolution, or referral as beyond scope
Technical adaptability; should have the ability to learn new software, systems, etc.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Engineer's role is viewed as an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Product Quality
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Capable of equipment troubleshooting and process design.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a 4 or 5-year college or university.
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months or more of PLC, Mechanical, and/or Electrical troubleshooting experience and/or training.
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Controls Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Packaging experience or automation equipment preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
