GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment. Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules. Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards. Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements. Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications. Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas. Discharges blenders of powder when necessary. Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards. Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs. Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing. Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents. Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance. Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures. Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Manage and lead the Front of House (FOH) team in assigned office(s) so that they effectively carry out their duties, training and coaching them in all aspects of the role.
Work with the People Function to lead on any recruitment, induction and training of new FOH colleagues.
Review FOH procedures on an ongoing basis making suggestions for improvement where appropriate and ensuring procedures are documented and up to date.
Manage the client hospitality (including, catering and event requests booking processes); ensuring the FOH team liaise closely with the catering team/catering providers, as well as wider Facilities team and IT colleagues, as required; ensuring that all catering, beverage and event bookings are fulfilled effectively.
Contribute to the regular Group FOH meetings, progressing any action points and cascading information to the FOH team as appropriate.
Ensure the FOH infrastructure is working correctly, liaising with IT and colleagues across the wider Facilities team as required, and escalating where necessary.

The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled and unplanned plant process maintenance and repairs.
Responds to unscheduled maintenance issues as required.
Maintains parts inventories, submits purchase requisitions, and maintains equipment files.
Communicates job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots, plans, modifies, and repairs/rebuilds all types of plant equipment Performs basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and construction, as required Tests new or repaired equipment to assure satisfactory performance Modifies/fabricates as required, using welder, cutting torches and various machines and tools Keeps equipment, maintenance shop, and job sites in a clean and orderly condition Works in accordance with OSHA and Tremco safety policies and procedures Works from ladders, lifts, elevated places, and confined spaces, as required Documents work completed; reports job outcome/supplies Daily handoff /communication with other shifts Details job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel Submits requisitions for repair/replacement parts, as necessary Enters MRO receipts in SAP system, maintains parts inventory/shop/equipment files/records Lifts up to 50 lbs., as required.

Ensure work is complete within a specified time and site cleanliness standards are upheld and report any issues or difficulties to Foreperson or Management.Perform regular walkthroughs of our venues to ensure cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, entrances, dressing rooms and washrooms as well as back of house areas, catwalk, storage spaces, and uncommonly used areas.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Service, maintain and organize equipment and storage locations.Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment: vacuum cleaners, Kaivac machines, floor scrubbers and other equipment; ensuring they are in good working condition.Suggest improvements to cleaning process, equipment and materials.Ability to operate company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to venues to be serviced.Report repairs that need to be completed through our CMMS system (Limble).Track and monitor scheduled planned maintenance and planned cleaning of specific areas of our venues and equipment.Complete and document janitorial duties.Clean office kitchen facilities, sinks, fridges, microwaves counters, floors, walls and surrounding areas.Clean office washroom sinks, toilets, urinals, walls, floors, mirrors and surrounding areas.Clean lobbies stairwells and entryway carpets and floors, windows, windowsills, dusting, sweeping and vacuuming.Clean offices interior office windows, dust blinds, windowsills, painted surfaces and furniture.Empty and dispose of the contents of office paper, organics, recycling and waste receptacles into the appropriate stream.Ensure janitorial closets are clean and stocked for colleagues and client arrival.Maintaining outdoor entryways, sweeping, picking up litter, and ensuring the exterior entryways of the buildings are clean.Sanitizing high touch areas such as doors, light switches and other frequently touched surfaces.Pre-Event - Stock janitorial closets with necessary products and equipment for an event.Pre-Event - clean and stock of event washrooms.Pre-Event - clean and stock suites.Pre-Event - clean artist dressing rooms.Post Event - Deep clean and stock of event washrooms.Post Event - Deep clean and stock suites.Post Event - Deep clean artist dressing rooms.Maintain effective relationships with supervisors, employees, and the public.Abide by corporate policies and reinforce corporate policies among all team members.Perform other related duties as assigned.
Safety and Training
Lead with a safety-first mindset and ensure all team members are working within Worksafe BC regulations.Review and Follow Safety Documentation (Toolbox Talks, FLHA, SOG’s Policies) to staff pertaining to cleaning Operations.Ensure crews are informed of and are wearing the appropriate PPE for tasks.Complete Daily Equipment Checks.

Building Service Worker (BSW) certification is requiredKnowledge of WHIMS is requiredStrong knowledge in waste diversion is considered an asset.Previous Janitorial experience required.Must have knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in janitorial work.Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment and cleaning materials.Ability to lift 50lbs and to perform a variety of routine tasks in the care and cleaning of assigned buildings.A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license and the ability to provide a clear and up-to-date Driver's Abstract is required.Must have knowledge of Work Safe BC RegulationsMust have effective interpersonal skills, including tact diplomacy and flexibility to work effectively with management, staff, contractors, and the public.Successful candidates must undergo a Criminal Record Check.Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows the established quality control procedures to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with IMS, customer specifications, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14000-2015.
Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished.
Performs color quality control and corrections by interpreting results obtained using appropriate measurements.
Performs measurement checks using tape measure and calibers. Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing.
Performs data analysis, provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor on all issues concerning quality.
Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information.
Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment with oversight of both raw materials and finished goods.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience using enterprise software such as SAP is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
