...and much more!In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and enhancement of equipment at the plant.
The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the opening is currently for the following shift:
2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM)Overtime is available/required.
Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week!
Responsibilities:
Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment
Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility
Assisting with production duties as neededRequirements:
Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools
Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours
Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills

Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible to support all new product launches scheduled within the timeframe of internship, which includes the following responsibilities: Retouch product and application photography to meet brand standards Assist photographers with setting up equipment, managing lighting, and troubleshooting during photoshoots. Perform clipping paths, color correction, general clean-up, and other Photoshop editing tasks to enhance image quality. Ensure all photography is resized, formatted, and renamed according to established conventions for Digital Asset Managementplatforms
Requirements:
Major: Films, Communication. College classification: Junior or Senior Interest in exploring photography, photo assisting and image retouching as a career path. An experienced Health & Safety professional is required for a part-time, fixed-term role (12 months) to lead and further develop HSE standards at a busy manufacturing site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on H&S Manager who enjoys influencing culture, improving systems, and working closely with operations and leadership while retaining flexibility in working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programmes and procedures to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain external HSE accreditations and certifications, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and supporting customer compliance audits.
- Lead regular safety audits, inspections, gap analyses and risk assessments, reporting results and driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as the key HSE contact for regulatory bodies, customers, and contractors.

What You'll Need:
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in Health & Safety / Environment, with proven HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Health & Safety management systems.
- Confident conducting audits, risk assessments, investigations and engaging with regulators, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, with excellent communication, influencing and IT skills (Microsoft packages).

Position Summary:
Responsible for a wide variety of manufacturing and facility maintenance and repairs.
Essential Functions:
Experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems from 24v DC to 480v AC (single and three phase), in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Experience with maintaining and repairing Form Fill and Seal machines (Ilpak and Triangle) 2.
Automation equipment, specifically Fanuc robots, conveyors, bag check weighers, palletizers, wrappers, and carton-bag machines. Experience repairing pumps, chemical bulk storage and mixing tanks and industrial mixers. Perform daily preventative maintenance and repair on facilities and production equipment. Perform system repairs including filters, belts, bearings, and drives. Ability to learn and complete documentation of work performed, including maintaining spare parts inventory in computer-based software. Maintain strong commitment to safety, as well as document daily EPA readings and perform routine safety repairs/inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma 5 years' machine maintenance experience in an Industrial Environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in pneumatics and welding a plus.

Assure the following shift is properly stocked with supplies and that materials are in sufficient quantities on the production floor to assure a smooth start-up. Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed. Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning. Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.

GENERAL MANAGER LICHFIELD - MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9AM-5PM UP TO £55,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE + PROGRESSION
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation who are looking for a General Manager to oversee two sites, including one currently under development.You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring both sites run efficiently while maintaining a high-quality service.
You'll lead and develop the onsite teams, support the successful opening of the new location, and play a key role in driving business growth.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position with both operational and commercial responsibility.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Site Manager, Centre Manager, Branch Manager, Business Manager or similar within operational, facilities, service-led or multi-site environments.THE ROLE:
Overseeing operations across two sites, including supporting the build project, launch and setup of a new location.
Leading, coaching and developing onsite teams to ensure a high-performing culture.
Ensuring operational standards, compliance and service delivery are consistently maintained.
Managing budgets, reporting, invoicing and performance metrics.
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
Supporting business development activity to drive site performance and identify growth opportunities.
Acting as the key point of contact across both locations, ensuring a smooth, efficient operation.
THE PERSON:
Experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Site Manager, Centre Manager or similar operational leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple locations.
Hands-on, solutions-focused and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organisational and people management abilities.
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and driving performance.
Able to operate independently, take ownership and deliver high standards across both sites.
