The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.

Fill pails with manufactured material.
Pack and store manufactured material by rolling materials onto a core, place the roll in a bag, and seal with a wire twist tie.
Shrink wrap or band finished goods.
Rework rejected materials.
Box manufactured accessories for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas.
Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials.
Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans.
Participate in facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility.
Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes.
Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.

Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.

Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished.
Performs color quality control and corrections by interpreting results obtained using appropriate measurements.
Performs measurement checks using tape measure and calibers. Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing.
Performs data analysis, provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor on all issues concerning quality.
Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information.
Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment with oversight of both raw materials and finished goods.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience using enterprise software such as SAP is preferred.

Managing manufacturing reservations from the sales channel and populating information into the companies planning system.
Working with the sales and purchasing teams to coordinate and execute the planning of all customers' requirements to meet agreed monthly KPI's.Key Responsibilities of the Production Scheduler:, Creating and maintaining manufacturing schedules for pre-assembly and factory installs in High Wycombe and the North of the UK , Creating and maintaining the reservations of each order on the planning system , Working closely with the Purchasing team to ensure components are aligned with the manufacturing plan and attending a weekly risk meeting to review any risks and shortages , Communicating with the sales team regarding planned schedules and any issues they foresee in relation to their customers' orders , To provide estimated completion dates on all orders for the build team to manage the supply chain's expectations , Maintain the working relationship with Manufacturers on ETA's of the finished product. , Manage reports from Vehicle dealers and manufacturers and keep our systems up to date with the most current information , Attend meetings daily with all key operational staff to ensure targets are hit , To keep the Operations Director up to date on scheduling progress and any potential or perceived risk to the schedule.The Production Scheduler role would best suit you if you have worked in an engineering or manufacturing fast paced environment, as an individual you are able to work independently or collaborate with colleagues.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor. Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment and moral courage.
Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior.
Executes ISO authority and responsibility.
Completes and maintains all required training.
Reports suspected violations including those of a business associate.
Observes all safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses and maintains equipment and materials properly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $15.85 and $18.98.
