GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the established quality control procedures to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with IMS, customer specifications, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14000-2015. Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished. Performs color quality control and corrections by interpreting results obtained using appropriate measurements. Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing. Performs data analysis and provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager on all issues concerning quality. Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information. Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience using enterprise software such as SAP is preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $14.83 and $17.72.

Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope and objectives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Research & Development key stakeholders. As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be joining an already established engineering department, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
The purpose of this role is to ensure all maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and in line with Safety and Compliance of the site.
Key Responsibilities
Be a key user of the (CMMS) and be accountable for completing high quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to schedule and delivering reactive maintenance across the site.
Delivering maintenance on site facilities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose and repair equipment failures promptly to minimize production downtime followed by Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to site statutory safety requirements and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Be a key contact on site when liaising with contractors during breakdown/repair work or planned maintenance following the company's permit to work standards at all times.
Essential Criteria for the Maintenance Engineer
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Or related / equivalent field)
Experience of working within Process Manufacturing fields - Ideally within Chemical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing.
A minimum of five years hand-on, industry-based experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
Mechanical Bias with knowledge of Electrical Systems.
Experience of working with screw feed systems, pneumatics, vacuum pumps and motor/gearbox assemblies.
Vast experience of using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Software).

As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.

Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily.

Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required.
Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc.
Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers.

The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Revit/Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation to enhance the design, fabrication, and coordination of HercuWall.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage daily work/production schedules, allocate resources, and manage the workflow to ensure efficiency, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production targets.
Lead Tier 1 meetings and support Tier 2/3 meetings daily/weekly.
Plan and schedule production runs based on customer demand and agreed upon delivery dates.
Prepare and coordinate front-end set-up and planning to ensure smooth operations to meet daily production targets.
Monitor the assembly process and workflow as well as staging and packaging to identify potential issues, resolve production problems, address employee questions, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and meet quality specifications.
Recommend capital investments to automate processes.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and set-up of production equipment to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
Work with Quality Control to conduct quality checks on completed panels to validate tolerances and specifications.
Ensure proper staging and packaging to minimize damage.
Review daily production records, identify trends, and evaluate employee performance.
Lead and motivate assembly workers, providing guidance and support on the floor side by side with the assembly team.

Minimum of 2 years construction or trades experience - plastering, troweling, painting, or other application technology preferred.
Experience safely and effectively using hand tools.
Experience with CNC equipment, preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Quality assurance or manufacturing management certifications preferred.
