Typical travel schedule is 2 weeks per month.
Job Description:
Drive all phases of the MRO sales process for assigned account(s) and with a strong focus on end users of the Legend Brands products, including Dri-Eaz and other industry leading brands.
Responsible for field sales contributing to business building via end user engagement including contact generation, needs identification, sales calls/presentations, as overall account management.
Will also be required to work with distribution partners in the field, as well as handling inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and products. Responsible for executing business strategies that will continue to expand our end user client base and increase the company's market share.
Also, create and implement objectives that will delight our customers and end users to ensure a sustained partnership is built.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis on listening to end user and customer needs. Ability to gather and assess information/data to build the best solution for end users and customers. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Persuasive, yet unobtrusive manner. Must be willing and comfortable with hybrid working - traveling/meeting end users on site, face to face and ability to use remote application such as video conferencing, as needed. High-level skills with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM systems (i.e.
HubSpot, Salesforce.com etc.). Preference given to candidates who have experience selling to end users and partnering with regional and national distributors (i.e.
Grainger, HD Supply)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in Sales meeting with and presenting to end users directly while working with regional or national distributors. Travel requirement of 30-45% Prior MRO, Facilities channel experience a plus, but not required
Hiring Range:
Between $81,000 - $95,000/annually - position is commission eligible

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Account Manager - Retail is responsible for overseeing multiple category segments, with a focus on restoration and automotive products.
Additionally, the Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for selling well-established brands to traditional retail accounts, driving sales growth, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Sales & Business Development: Manage and grow sales across multiple product segments, including restoration and automotive. Develop and maintain relationships with retail accounts to expand product reach and increase sales volume. Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to maximize revenue. Create retailer-specific support programs to enhance gained distribution and create brand strength for future growth.
Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners, ensuring a high level of customer service. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional opportunities with retail buyers. Develop annual plans and planning cycle with retail partners to ensure we maximize placement and support of placement. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets. Proactive approach to developing white space with innovation & differentiation within segments.
Market & Product Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Provide insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies. Conduct product training and demonstrations for retail partners to drive engagement and sales.
Operational Execution: Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies as needed. Manage inventory levels in coordination with retail accounts to optimize product availability. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management required. Three years of sales experience in retail, automotive, restoration, or related industries required.

My well-established client in the healthcare sector is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
As the facilities maintenance engineer, your role will be to maintain the building services, building fabric and all equipment in a cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with all current national legislation.
You will undertake testing of plant/equipment, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe environment for all staff, patients and visitors.
This role is commutable from Birmingham South, Coventry, Solihull and surrounding areas.
Other job titles might include: Facilities Engineer, Site Plumber, Pipe-fitter, Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance Assistant, Site Engineer or similar.
The Role of Facilities Maintenance Engineer:
- Working as part of the Engineering team you will be responsible for providing planned and preventative maintenance, as well as reactive for all equipment, grounds and fabric within the hospital.
- You will analyse faulty equipment through to onsite repairs and liaise closely with specialist contractors.
- You will be responsible for identifying and initiating action, either directly or via contractors, on all repairs required, in the event of a breakdown or defect.
- Carrying out general plumbing and pipe-fitting duties.
- Change of air-conditioning filters and belts and cleaning of grease filters.
- Service of ballcocks, tap washers and shower mixers.
- Carry out repairs to building fabrics including some decorating and carpentry.
- You will input relevant data following PPM actions into the planning record system to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- To carry out or coordinate any minor alterations (e.g.
refurbishment, redecoration) to the building as and when required.
- Ensure stock levels of engineering items and consumables are kept at a satisfactory level.
Key Requirements - Facilities Maintenance Engineer:
- Must hold an apprenticeship or qualification in Building Services such as Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC or similar
- Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience within a Building Services or facilities maintenance position within a healthcare environment
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
- Be a great communicator with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work as part of a team and also independently to ensure tasks are completed.
- Flexibility to work our rota and fulfil the on call requirements
