Summary:
The primary result expected from the Roofing Account Manager will work with the Product Management Team and the Roofing National Account Executive to develop account strategies that promote and distribute our products while achieving targeted profitability goals.
The goal is to support the Roofing rep field sales team, allowing them to close more sales.
This is a dual hunter and gatherer role.
The person best suited for this role finds passion for supporting sales efforts and managing accounts in any way possible while having a proactive entrepreneurial spirit.
This is a dual sales and support role designed to generate pull-through business through Roofing distributors selling Rust-Oleum products while providing support for existing customers through proactive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities: Buying Group Shows Industry Conferences Innovation Days Tradeshows Maintain a direct line of communication with the Roofing field team and Roofing distributors, keeping them informed about Rust-Oleum's product line, new products introduced, and any new promotions. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources. Follow up with existing sales purchases to identify and cultivate upselling opportunities. Profile strategic accounts by identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle. Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate records and lead qualification information. Additional Responsibilities may be added as necessary. Communicate professionally with our customers, Distributors, Rust-Oleum sales representatives, National Account Executives, and corporate staff. Travel will be 10-20%
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years of progressively responsible marketing, inside or outside sales, or business development-related sales experience (preferred).

JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Project Engineer is accountable for leading strategic CapEx engineering projects within Manufacturing Operations with a focus primarily on Mechanical Engineering.
This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $200,000+, project management ownership from design through startup, and long-range technical planning and strategies for the business.
The role also leads the creation and maintenance of engineering design specifications, guidelines, and standards.
Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CapEx processing, purchasing, installation, and start-up support efforts Engineering Design - Assist in engineering design specifications and Techno-Economic Models including process design, P&ID, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and financial analyses (CapEx, OpEX, NPV) Support & bolster the Engineering Work Process providing strategic direction and support to build and enhance the work process Engineers within the team on large projects can be assigned specific portions of capital projects based on expertise and workload availability including project management, technical design of packaging equipment & paint making/processing equipment, and construction management.
Project Management - Manage projects using the Engineering Work Process from conceptual design through successful startup transition to the local plant team.
This includes managing budget, timeline, and deliverables to ensure projects meet established success criteria. Design - Recommend, and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine, human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability.
Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations, building code, and NFPA fire code to capital projects and design specifications Manage external Engineering Firm resources on large capital projects Frequent interface with corporate staff, plant staff, operators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation
Education/Experience Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Electrical Engineers with hands-on related experience will also be considered. 5 years Minimum in plant engineering support role with hands-on experience in engineering, process design, continuous improvement, troubleshooting equipment, project management and project start-up verification Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical communication skills, with the ability to lead and thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments Commitment to safety, ethical behavior, and respect for people, ensuring adherence to industry standards, governmental regulations and company values Willingness to travel frequently to support capital project assignments.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the corporate quality team.

through data analysis and utilization of root cause analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-3+ years of experience (in a manufacturing setting) or equivalent process industry or consumer products manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and/or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry Proficient in MS office, Statistical analysis (Minitab, etc).
SAP experience desirable.

You must come from a similar background having worked in the online gaming sector for at least 5 years and have a deep understanding of what makes these types of games enjoyable and engaging.
You should have previous work experience creating and delivering game titles into the online / interactive / casino style games.
It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of the legislative requirements in overseas territories where new games will be released.
You should have a broad knowledge of current game types, including their structures, the mechanics, and the presentation standards across different markets.
Experience with visual design tools for game creation and storyboarding.
You will be required to communicate your new game concept ideas to the wider studio and production team including the documentation of this.
It is important that you have an understanding of mathematical game control methods and how these are implemented.
You should also be aware of the game approval process in different markets.
Occasionally you will be required to travel to these overseas territories, this should be twice per year and will be a fully funded trip.
Have previous experience working to deadlines and be prepared to work additional hours if necessary to help hit a deadline target.
Ideally you will have been working in an Agile environment and have experience with JIRA.
You must be UK passport holder.
