Senior Financial Analyst - Construction
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance business.
The Tremco Roofing business that manufactures roofing materials, and the WTI/WTC service business offers comprehensive roofing and general contracting services to building owners and facility managers in the United States and Canada.
Candidates should possess strong financial and analytical skills.
This role is a remote and/or hybrid position and reports to the Tremco Roofing Finance Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare reporting and analysis of financial data for Roofing, WTI, and WTC businesses Assist in developing the annual budget for Roofing, WTI, and WTC businesses Prepare monthly commission accrual and monthly analysis, reporting and audits on commission Prepare sales and profitability reports for regions and sales representatives Prepare sales tracking to determine sales group levels and incentives Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close Partner with business to understand and improve operations and financials Drive efficiency by creating and maintaining Power BI reports for sales and profitability reporting Perform ad hoc assigned tasks, including special projects and analysis to support the business
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related field Previous experience in construction industry preferred, with knowledge of revenue recognition related to service contracts (ASC 606) Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in SAP ERP system and Microsoft Excel Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
CPA license a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Subcontractor Compliance Administrator is an essential part of the Contract Administration team and plays a key role in ensuring our subcontractors meet all contractual and legal requirements.
This position is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and tracking compliance documents-including insurance certificates-and maintaining up-to-date contractor licenses across multiple states.
A basic understanding of insurance is helpful, but attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Primarily responsible for coordinating Stonhard installation partner vendor setup and compliance, including but not limited to per project agreements and Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for multiple simultaneous projects - enrollment, monitoring, and closeout.
Primary goal is to ensure that subcontractors remain compliant, and enrollments are completed prior to project kick-off or customer deadlines, whichever is earliest.
Cultivates positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Essential Functions
Sets up and maintains installation partner information, including Agreements, Amendments, banking information, and insurance, adhering to Stonhard vendor setup policies.
Processes installer tool and supply purchases.
Coordinates weekly installation partner accounts payable statements and related transactions and transmits to accounting for payment.
Audits weekly statement activity and makes recommendations/raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership.
On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and subcontractor Controlled Insurance Programs and ensures on-time enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout.
Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal.
Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant.
Develops and maintains written SOPs for assigned responsibilities.
Assists in the creation, distribution, tracking, and execution of per project subcontractor agreements as needed, and as directed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership.
Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained as needed in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education
3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, construction administration, sales operations, or customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
Works well as part of a team
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or construction management or the equivalent coursework in a related specialty field
Experience in OCIP/CCIP
Experience reading and understanding insurance requirements
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours a day.

Role Overview of the Piping Design Engineer
The Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, layout, and development of process piping systems across a range of projects.
This includes developing 3D models, producing fabrication drawings, supporting construction activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
You will collaborate closely with process, mechanical, structural, and civil engineers, as well as project managers and clients, to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop piping layouts and 3D models using CAD/plant design software (e.g., AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, E3D, or PDMS).
Prepare piping general arrangements (GAs), isometric drawings, and pipe support details.
Generate material take-offs (MTOs) and piping line lists, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Conduct piping flexibility and stress analysis in collaboration with mechanical engineers.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.3, EN 13480, etc.) and client specifications.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

Familiarity with piping codes, materials, and specifications (ASME, ISO, BS, etc.).

A leading global parts manufacturer serving the automotive aftermarket is seeking a proactive Sales Support Team Leader to oversee a high-performing support team and drive operational excellence across sales, customer service, and supply chain functions.
This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in owning and optimising the systems, tools, and processes that drive commercial success.
Working closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, you'll help optimise tools, systems, and workflows that directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What's on Offer
Salary: up to £38k Basic - dependent upon experience
Benefits: monthly bonus (up to £100 per month), private healthcare with BUPA, health cashplan, Bike2Work scheme and pension contributions of 5% employer, 3% employee.
Hybrid Working: Following a successful probation period, 1 day per week working from home

The Role
You'll lead a team of Sales Support Administrators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting, and customer experience.
Team Leadership & Performance
Supervise daily team activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Track KPIs and support individual development through coaching and training.
Act as the escalation point for complex queries and customer concerns.
Sales Operations & Process Improvement
Maintain and optimise ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce).
Prepare customer backorder lists and inter-company order book reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage cashflow, receivables, and payables.
Liaise with warehouse and service providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Own the end-to-end process for complaints, returns, and credit arrangements.
Reporting & Insight
Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights to management.
Support departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Training & Coverage
Ensure all tasks are covered during leave or peak periods.
Coordinate cross-training and implement best practices across the team.
This is a role where you'll genuinely wear multiple hats — one day you might be resolving a customer issue, the next streamlining a reporting process or coaching a team member.
You'll have the freedom to improve how things are done and the backing to make it happen.

Experience & Skills
Proven experience in a sales support, operations, or commercial coordination role.
Previous exposure to the UK automotive aftermarket is highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Skilled in prioritisation, planning, and autonomous decision-making.
Experience supervising or mentoring team members.

The Role of the Regional Sales Engineer

You will be covering the Northern half of the UK.

You will be selling a range of high quality, high pressure hydraulics and offering single products as well as systems.
The Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Engineer
As the Regional Sales Engineer you will ideally have good strong field sales experience though they will also consider someone from a technical background who wants to get into sales.
You MUST have a strong technical understanding of Hydraulics and/or Hydraulic Systems.
Ideally a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or long time served.
Would like someone who has worked for an OEM.
Experience with Hydraulic Pumps, Valves and Systems would be a massive benefit.
They will consider a strong internal sales person who wants a step-up or a technical person with the aptitude for sales.
