Job Title: Digital Marketing Director
Location: Vernon Hills, IL Department: Marketing Reports To: Executive VP Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.
We offer a wide range of products including Paints, Stains, Cleaners and of course our famous rust fighting formula that started it all.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams that execute on Digital and Social campaigns and initiatives Collaborates with product management teams to develop digital and social media strategies and initiatives based on business objectives Analyzes the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements Unearths the trends and insights to make sure Rust-Oleum is telling relevant stories, identify threats before they become risks and jump on an opportunity to engage consumers in our brand stories Researches social media trends and informs management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs Develop strategy and execute social media tactics for sponsorship programs and special events based on business objectives.
Collaborates with PR and advertising team Work closely with customer e-commerce and social media teams Oversees social media management for all social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Develop strategy and manage social customer care in coordination with Product Support Manage reporting tools and capabilities for Social listening, content performance and inbound traffic across channels to owned landing pages

Qualifications & Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Area Manager for Pro Channel you are responsible to drive sales and represent Rust-Oleum's 14 platforms of products to customers within the assigned geographic territory.

Here's what you can expect every day: Maintain regular contact with customers to identify business opportunities, and to present new products. Identify customer needs to facilitate product recommendations, and planogram recommendations. Work with the Rust-Oleum credit department to manage customer accounts. Required Experience:
1 - 3 years of previous outside sales experience is preferred. Associates or Bachelor's degree in a business related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
Prior experience in a sales service role with demonstrated success in customer retention. Must possess a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum. Previous retail selling experience strongly desired, Co-Op experience a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and various Internet applications.

Commercial Catering EngineerTo cover Peterborough - Local work onlyBasic up to £42,000 / Local work only / Personal use of van / Overtime rates / Very rare call outWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to work within our specialist catering team.
We are a service partner to some of the leading manufacturers of catering equipment, our in-house engineers take great pride in ensuring products are of superb quality! Our main client base includes restaurants, cafes, hotels, restaurants and pubs.
As a Commercial Catering Engineer, your key responsibilities will include service, maintenance, repair and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen equipment.
This role is field based and will require you to be customer facing as well as meeting clients around the Peterborough area.Previous Experience RequiredCOMCAT 1,3,5 (Essential)Full Drivers License (Essential)Relevant experience working on commercial catering equipmentElectrical experience (not required but an advantage)Package OverviewBasic salary starting from £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
40 hour working week
Local work only
Very rare call out
