The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the operational risk management framework by reviewing, analysing, and contributing to operational risk activities across the business.

Essential Skills/Experience:
Experience with operational risk, business continuity management or a related discipline.

Coordinate and support business continuity and recovery exercises performed by the business lines with a particular focus on operational resilience.
Identify potential business risks, operational and regulatory process deficiencies and improvement opportunities and escalate operational risk events when appropriate.
Work closely with and develop relationships across the organisation including those at the highest seniority levels.
Assist Business Units in the mitigation of operational risks and advise on potential remediation's and regulatory vulnerabilities.
Ask probing questions and provide an effective challenge to organisational decision-makers.

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of the assigned Service Center location including: inventory, warehousing, customer relations, and sales.
Supervises 2 or more employees.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage inventory including: total turns, in-bound replenishments, aging calculations and expiry date control, bin space control, core product stocking. Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Direct and control daily/weekly cycle counting and physical inventories as required. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Interact with and assist customers as needed. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Manage on-site order entry process as needed. Oversee implementation, utilization and quality conformity of local color eye and rapid tint functions. Approve and process returned goods. Assure accurate and timely shipment of replenishment orders. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Manage and oversee reserved materials. Assure compliance with all regulatory and safety procedures that apply. Assure compliance to housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise warehouse and administrative staff. Monitor and manage all service center financial statement expenses to budget. Monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Maintain records of operating and property lease agreements. Requirements:

We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant's to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
