Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17.25 and $19.55.

GENERAL SUMMARY:Select items from inventory flow racks to fill customer orders.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Maintain flexibility in daily line station assignments. Maintain 100% order accuracy. Maintain neat and orderly work area. Communicate with inventory stocker item bins that are near empty for re-stocking. Check items selected and inform management of damaged or missing products. Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner obtaining proper signatures. Always demonstrate professional customer service skills.

Experience and Education Required

Warehouse, pick and pack operation experience preferred Ability to identify products by item markings Ability to work quickly and efficiently with interruptions and on repetitive tasks Customer service oriented
Reasoning Ability: Ability to determine correctness of order selection process in relation to specified guidelines learned during initial training and during any ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders
Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with Stonhard's Construction Division approved installation crews (including occasional weekend/holiday installations)
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related sales B2B experience preferred, specializing in construction, industrial, or commercial markets
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Computer literacy required, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365
