Theyre looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over five years of post-qualification experience to join their highly regarded Commercial Property team.
This is a full-time role based in their beautiful Chester office, with hybrid working options available.
The Role
This position offers the chance to work on a high-quality, complex, and varied caseload, including:
- Easements and wayleaves
- Sale and purchase of commercial buildings.
- Leases
- Option agreements and leases
- Sales of land with development potential, including overage provisions
Experience in agricultural property or property development work would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
Youll be working with a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, and funders - many of whom have been long-standing clients of the firm.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative
As a Warehouse Stock Operative you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.

The position
This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Avonmouth
Rate of pay: £24,453 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift Patterns: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6am-10pm

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Assistant
As a Warehouse Stock Assistant you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Develop new designs or re-engineer existing designs for new applications using AutoCAD 2D & 3D to an expert level, including Solid Edge.
Create detailed component and assembly drawings
Create and maintain accurate documentation including BOM's, Proposals, Manuals and Maintenance instructions for designs.
Interpret customer specifications and design standards
Participate in Design/Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA) activities
Reporting to the Technical Authority, Engineering Resource Manager and Engineering Director
For the Senior Design Engineer role, we are keen to receive CV's from candidates who possess:
Experience as a Senior Design Engineer or similar within an Engineering environment
Demonstrable understanding of material selection,
Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO, AGMA, DIN and FKM to name a few.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and or CEng
Experience using SAP MRP
Salary & Benefits:
up to £65,000 depending on experience
