JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform daily pre-operational inspection of production. Evaluate & test samples taken of raw materials and finished goods for each lot number. Perform daily swabbing of equipment and production tools. Perform monthly environmental swabs. Monitor GMPs daily in manufacturing plant. Perform daily HACCP checks. Maintain inventory of all QA retains, supplies and equipment. Perform routine in-house calibration of lab equipment. Evaluate and test viscosity, moisture, pH, sieve test, bulk density. Approve receiving paperwork on all inbound shipments. Data entry in excel for all testing results. Inventory control on lab supplies & knives/scoops used in production. Back up for COA creation. Label approval checks Log and process HOLD dispositions. Performs weekly titrations and pass/fail on sanitation chemicals. Other lab duties as needed
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience:
Must possess good reading, writing and math skills. Must always be safety conscious.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of lab equipment a plus Bilingual in Spanish recommended, not required. Detail orientated, organized, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for Fill Off Attendants.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Fill completed batches into appropriate containers or onto tanker for shipping purposes, following appropriate procedures for different fill-off methods as indicated on batch ticket.

Works directly with the Production Superintendent, other Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. Manages inventory reduction per departmental inventory reduction strategy. Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, Tank Markings, Plant Signage, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays when required.
Flexibility: A flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, depending on customer needs.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

What is required?
Experience in B2B, end user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred. Proven Success in Business Development and Project management; interacting at all levels. Strong capacity to learn a new industry. High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
