They are currently seeking a Post Completions Assistant (real estate) to join their team in Manchester due to expansion!
This role involves managing all aspects of post-completion work, including diarising OS1 dates, submitting AP1/FR1 applications to the Land Registry, and promptly addressing requisitions.
The position requires maintaining an organised system for registrations, updating clients, brokers, and lenders, and sending completed documentation as needed.
Additional duties include opening new files, managing account balances, closing and archiving files, handling scanning, filing, photocopying, and processing both electronic and physical post through the case management system.

The Role
Working as a Property Solicitor or Property Executive within the Specialist and Commercial Property team based at their Preston office, you will manage a varied caseload of:
- commercial property transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, refinance, SIPP transactions;
- commercial lease transactions
- bridging finance of commercial and residential property;
- commercial and residential developments;
- land transactions, including purchase of development land, overage agreements, option agreements
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience of running your own property caseload from initial instruction to completion. It is essential that you have strong experience of dealing with the sale and purchase of commercial properties and commercial leases.
Responsibilities
- Handling all aspects of a mixed caseload of commercial property transactions, land transactions and specialist property matters including bridging financial, developments, overage and opinions, as well as assisting the Private Client and Family teams with probate sales.
- Approving legal titles
- Preparing freehold and leasehold reports for clients and lenders
- Raising necessary enquiries and dealing with replies to enquiries

People Management

Client Management
- Ensure client service levels agreements are met
- Maintain and build good professional working relationships with clients, external institutions and organisations

Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience of managing own property caseload from instructions to completion and registration

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Actively participate in the provision of the resident care philosophy in the care home in order to ensure the highest possible level of resident service at all times
A professional and caring service is provided to residents at all times
All resident facilities are properly co-ordinated and utilised in order to provide the maximum level of resident comfort and activity
All Nursing, Therapeutic, Nutritional and Housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest possible standard, at all times
Inform and discuss with Care Home Manager any problems regarding resident care
Take responsibility for the identification, initial management and escalation of any safeguarding or Health & Safety concerns, efficiently and promptly
Review standard and practices and recommend improvements where necessary through discussion with Care Home Manager
Complete and maintain accurate and realistic care plans for each resident
To actively participate as a team member of the Care Home

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner
Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner
Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Ability to lead a team of care staff
Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
A team player who engages well with others
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
Demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role
Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.33 per hour and the annual salary is up to £46,515.04 per annum.
