Position Duties & Responsibilities:

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs and initiatives, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. EDUCATION:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This position has responsibility of assisting members of the product and technical groups in executing their respective missions.
The candidate must be a team player and interface / coordinate with several other departments within Tremco.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical expertise and training to other departments and the sales force. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide technical support responsive to customer and sales force needs.
Develops and maintains a prioritized list of assignments from the Technical Resource Manager, the Director, Technical Solutions, and Product Managers.
Assists with coordinating, development and updating of technical documents. Monitors and advises on competitive product information. Develops product line presentations and participates in training meetings for customers and company sales force. Actively participates with Industry organizations where appropriate. Assists the product and technical group with technical support, including assisting with the product group helpdesk.
Visits construction sites to observe, collect, and report application procedures and deficiencies.
Manages the system engineered to assist the sales force with national inquiries.
Assists with the field trails of new products and processes.
Responsibilities will include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the Technical Resource Manager and/or Director, Technical Solutions. Generate and/or edit drawing details using AutoCAD or similar software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Engineer's role is viewed as an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Product Quality Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Capable of equipment troubleshooting and process design.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Controls Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET Accredited university. Relevant experience from internship is acceptable for experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Understanding process variance and the resultant effects on Quality. Knowledge of applied statistics. Ability to perform problem analysis utilizing problem-solving methodology.
