DAP has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic at our Baltimore Plant!

In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and enhancement of equipment at the plant. The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the opening is currently for the following shift:
4th shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am) Overtime is available/required.
Associates earn double-time pay for all hours worked in excess of 50 hours in your standard work week! Responsibilities: Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility Assisting with production duties as needed Requirements: Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills

Ensure EH&S compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor, interpret, and analyze EH&S laws, standards and regulations that impact business operations in Corsicana, Texas.
Assist with the management of site environmental programs including, but not limited to the following:
hazardous and non-hazardous waste management,
SPCC/SWPPP compliance
Air permit compliance
TSCA compliance
Alcohol permit compliance
Product stewardship
Deep well injection.
Compiles, calculates, and manages associated environmental and safety data and statistics and completes necessary and assigned EH&S facility record keeping requirements.
Assists with facilitation of required site, corporate, and government EH&S inspections and reporting.
Identifies and evaluates critical gaps in compliance or findings from incidence reports and collaborates with company executives, site leadership, and insurance risk management services to develop and implement corrective measures.
Provide expertise in the inspection, analysis, audit, and investigation of environmental and safety practices.
Assist with conducting regular safety and environmental system compliance audits and risk assessments.
Participate in the implementation of the site's Process Safety Management and risk management programs:

Develop, promote, and implement a proactive environmental and safety focused culture throughout the organization.
Assist with the development, promotion, and implementation of proactive plant-specific EH&S committees as necessary.
Drive awareness and accountability for EH&S performance through all levels of the organization
Provide investigation support and ensure root cause and other analysis techniques are harnessed to reduce further incidents.
Sustain productive and collaborative working relationships with all levels of the organization to promote proactive use of the EH&S initiatives.
Assist with the assessment of the organization's business practices.
Plan the long and short-term objectives for compliance, risk management, and development of training and compliance strategies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational or Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Preferred, 3+ years of on-the-job experience in leading and implementing EH&S programs in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prior experience working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.

Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts. Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle. Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment. Assembles and pours mold for cast stone. Trims parts with cutting equipment Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. Follows all safety requirements. Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized. Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue within assigned accounts and through specified programs.
Assigned accounts to include, but not limited to, COIT, Servpro (liaison for cleaning products), ServiceMaster (liaison for cleaning products), One Way Property Restoration, and Jon-Don.
Also, management of the Private Label Chemical Program including hiring/managing Manufacturing Rep firms, product management of private label offering and sourcing new revenue streams through Toll Manufacturing opportunities including managing opportunities with Rust-Oleum.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Sales & Marketing / Business Management required
Five years of retail sales experience required.

The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.

Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work.
Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents
Travels to project sites to review for proposal development.
Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager.
Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements.

Provides technical expertise and training to other departments and the sales force. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide technical support responsive to customer and sales force needs.
Develops and maintains a prioritized list of assignments from the Technical Resource Manager, the Director, Technical Solutions, and Product Managers.
Assists with coordinating, development and updating of technical documents. Monitors and advises on competitive product information. Develops product line presentations and participates in training meetings for customers and company sales force. Actively participates with Industry organizations where appropriate. Assists the product and technical group with technical support, including assisting with the product group helpdesk.
Visits construction sites to observe, collect, and report application procedures and deficiencies.
Manages the system engineered to assist the sales force with national inquiries.
Assists with the field trails of new products and processes.
Responsibilities will include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the Technical Resource Manager and/or Director, Technical Solutions. Generate and/or edit drawing details using AutoCAD or similar software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of related experience required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar software program. Willing and able to access commercial building roofs using a ladder.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems. Position Duties & Responsibilities:• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)• Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.• Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.• Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees Job Requirements:• Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred• Reliable form of transportation• Acceptable background check per company standards• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $30.
