Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In partnership with the Divisional Sales Director, develop an annual regional strategic business plan designed to achieve maximum market penetration and to attain both short- and long-range goals for profitable sales growth
Constantly evaluate assigned region to ensure maximum present and future results and adapt your approach to the market.
Consider environmental factors such as business conditions, competitive practices, etc.
Review your area continuously to adjust for business conditions and to increase the number of potential customers that can utilize our products.
Make recommendations related to the establishment or discontinuation of distributors, dealers, architects, general contractors, and/or direct accounts
Build a basic list of accounts to develop, along with profiles of all active and potential accounts
In conjunction with Divisional Sales Director, on a yearly basis, establish and focus actively on target accounts.
Ensure contact with customers of maximum potential in your region
Conduct development days as required based on individual Sales Rep experience level.
Manage the business relationship with large (important) customers within your region
Administrative requirements include, but are not limited to:
Organize records, customer information, competitive files, project files, etc.
Develop and maintain up to date mailing lists
Using provided form, submit a monthly chart identifying both positive and negative items which will impact achievement of quarterly objectives.
Using provided form, submit a quarterly report to Divisional Sales Director summarizing region's activity as it relates to sales and market objectives
Maintain and update account information in CRM daily
Ensure and encourage architectural and consultant selling to maximize potential for specification development in your region
Resolve complaints as required by coordinating efforts between Sales, Technical, and Warranty Services
Ensure and encourage participation in field trial application in your region

An exciting role for a PROJECT MANAGER to join a firm in Oxfordshire to work on a range of interesting construction projects generally valued from £5m to around £20m.
Projects are varied and include heritage and listed buildings, some industrial buildings, and some new build projects - some as extensions to listed buildings e.g.
Independent schools, colleges, commercial offices etc.
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of construction consultants providing mainly a mix of services and their Project Management team is 7 people strong.
They have a selection of long standing clients and are extremely busy.
They work on a good range of projects for building construction including new build, refurbishment, extensions etc.
They currently have two offices.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Project Manager with around five years experience.
You should either already be MRICS qualified or be working towards becoming RICS qualified.
You need to have a Degree or Masters in Construction Project Management or another recognised Built Environent subject e.g.
Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or similar.
If you have worked on heritage and listed buildings it would be useful but you must at least have an interest in doing so.
You need nee to be able to run projects on your own using JCT and other construction contracts.
You should also be happy to work as part of a team as required.
You should be experienced in running construction projects from inception to completion.
You should be able to organise and run meetings, take minutes, make sure that the client's brief is adhered to and be able to keep the project moving to complete on time and within budget.
You should be able to run several projects concurrently.
You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
Salary will be negotiable according to your level of experience but in the region of £45000 to £65000 plus pension contribution, life assurance, discretionary bonus, professional fees and other benefits plus excellent prospects for promotion.
