Summary:
Carboline Global Inc.
is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
This position will assist in the annual budget process, monthly close and reporting, help maintain all sales reports, oversee U.S.
reporting, and support the VP of Finance in all ad hoc analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Essential Functions:
Assist in budget schedule preparation for all regions, divisions, entities & consolidations.
Responsible for all balance sheet forecasts and budgets.
Assist in loading all domestic forecast and budget P&Ls & BSs into Hyperion.
Responsible for maintaining the financial statements and budget.
Perform daily and monthly analyses related to sales, gross profits, expense and operating income.
Assist in reviewing all aspects of the financial statements during month-end closing process.
Assist VP of Finance with ad hoc financial analysis.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting schedules.
Responsible for managing the month-end close process for general accounting responsibilities.
Responsible for managing a small team of analysts.

General Purpose
The Proposal Group Intake Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing, managing and developing all pre-qualifications documents and vendor applications for all WTI and Tremco services.
Essential Duties
Insure high quality standards of accuracy and correctness with completion each project
Manage all status and communications of documents in the group's tracking software applications
Coordinate work and initiate and manage communications with Regional Business Managers, GS Regional Managers, Sales Regional Managers and Representatives, Field Technicians, Contracts Management Group, Safety Management Group, Credit, Finance and other areas to complete documents
Review and respond to all pre qualification requests within designated, appropriate time frames
Continued maintenance of Pre-qualification Standards Manual that houses all response standards information

Coordinate periodic reviews of the Pre-qualification Standards Manual with Contracts Management
Identify and record any problems
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels

Education
Associates degree (or equivalent work experience) from two year college or technical school
Work Experience
At least one year of experience in a professional work environment
Preferred Skills
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)
Knowledgeable with a variety web and online platforms and ability to learn the applications quickly
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyThe salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $80,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
Functional computer skills.
Safety training and OSHA knowledge. Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
Competencies: Adaptable and willing to change with business needs. Professional and leads by example.
Diversity awareness and ability to adjust to multiple personalities.
Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Project Superintendent manages assigned special projects and customers ( including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.).
This involves working with the superintendent field rep assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget, and manage all subcontractors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Schedule and manage subcontractors. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create and update project schedules. Keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure quality control management of the project. Control and schedule all field inspections. Verify that project work complies with contract documents. Responsible for resolving project issues and problems, coordinating subcontractors and owner operations, and ensuring specifications are followed per Tremco standards. Generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. Upholding high health and safety management levels in compliance with all codes and laws and the Tremco Policy.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, building constructions, and field fabrication of metal work. Maintain project records and interact with owners, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
