Assistance will be given from other staff to prepare and maintain this data;
Participate and help conduct Safety Committee meetings;
Works closely with HR manager and Vice President/CFO to become responsible for the hands-on administration of the workers' compensation program.
Maintain the OSHA 300 log and tracking.
Manage medical monitoring program;
Maintain and improve environmental compliance programs related to hazardous wastes, air permitting, water pollution control, and community right-to-know programs;
Select and maintain safety equipment and safety supplies on site.
To include purchasing and keeping track of the supplies and managing the costs of these supplies;
Reduce waste generation and costs of disposal.
Upgrade monitoring, testing and instrumentation of waste and byproducts.
Schedule and maintain all documentation related to all waste pickups, including certifying and recertifying waste profiles;
Improve overall safety, housekeeping and reliability of plant work areas and compliance systems;
Member of the PSM team;
Implement and coordinate the documentation and schedule for preventative maintenance of equipment through the Faciliworks program.
Maintain, create and close work orders.
Keep Asset List up to date within Faciliworks database.
Train all maintenance personnel on these procedures and manage to ensure proper procedures are followed;
Ensure all permits (LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry), as well as MOC's are done correctly, and properly filed and archived.
Become proficient in generating, reviewing and updating SDS's and Labels for our product line.
This will be a multi-member team as GHS is being implemented in 2015, however, in 2016 and future years' maintenance of this system will become part of your department;

This position provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is Sales, Service and HR.
The scope of responsibility is for Tremco North American operations primarily, but can also expand to support our Global Operation.
Nurtures and insures the successful use of the application systems tools.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Provides feedback on the overall direction of the implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools.
Provides 2nd and 3rd level help desk support.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements.
Acts as liaison between business users, software vendors, and the broader user community.
Participates in software and functional user groups to manage issues, evaluate enhancement opportunities, exchange best practices, and stay informed on product direction.
Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, and tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc.
Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements and prepares functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, reports, interfaces, workflow changes, and process improvements.
Works with technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes.
Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials.
May act as a team leader or group leader for projects / tasks established in a given functional area, such as: sales, service management, construction management and HR.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
3-5+ years of leadership experience: manager, supervisor, group lead, etc.
5+ years' experience in a Service/HR function.
8 - 12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
3+ Years SAP Super User in related discipline.
Strong customer service skills and orientation.
High degree of flexibility in interface with customers / constituents.
2 years' experience in project management skills.
Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements.
Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with effective and cycle time sensitive time management and project management skills.
Read, write and communicate fluently in English.
Note: some of the experiences and time frames may overlap.
Special Knowledge and Skill:
General knowledge and understanding of business operations.
In-depth knowledge of a specific functional area of business operations (manufacturing, finance & accounting, sales & distribution, etc.).
In depth knowledge of the SAP application software, including its functions & capabilities, configuration, reporting and support requirements.
Proficiency in analysis, design and testing techniques.
Good project management skills, including planning, methodologies, time tracking, leadership, etc.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency with various report development tools, report writers, or query tools, etc.
Basic understanding of IT communications networks.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $125,000.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for developing, instituting, and overseeing all aspects of Environmental, Health, Safety and Corporate Compliance.

Including but not limited to: PPE for specific tasks, Emission Points, Work Permits, General Housekeeping, Spill Kits, Satellite and Pre-Transport Waste Storage Areas, Fire Extinguishers, Shower and Eye Wash, etc.;
Be aware concerning all city, state and federal compliance regulations;
Conduct and improve training programs related to all aspects of safety and compliance in the facility for all personnel.
This includes but not limited to: new employee training and refreshers, forklift safety, OSHA, hazwoper, contractor orientation, FOT/IATA, etc.
All training should be conducted in a timely manner and ensure additional process specific trainings are sufficient to maintain safety for employees.
Maintain and update all plans required at the facility, including but not limited to: General Operating Permit, Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance, Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures, Emergency Response Plan, Compressed Gas Plan, Contingency Plans, Hazard Communication Program and Security Plans;
Essential reports such as TRI, Tier II, RMP, Quarterly and Biennial Waste Reporting (and their due dates) is the responsibility of your department.
Assistance will be given from other staff to prepare and maintain this data;
Participate and help conduct Safety Committee meetings;
Works closely with HR manager and Vice President/CFO to become responsible for the hands-on administration of the workers' compensation program.

Member of the PSM team;
Implement and coordinate the documentation and schedule for preventative maintenance of equipment through the Faciliworks program.
Maintain, create and close work orders.
Keep Asset List up to date within Faciliworks database.
Train all maintenance personnel on these procedures and manage to ensure proper procedures are followed;
Ensure all permits (LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry), as well as MOC's are done correctly, and properly filed and archived.
Become proficient in generating, reviewing and updating SDS's and Labels for our product line.
This will be a multi-member team as GHS is being implemented in 2015, however, in 2016 and future years' maintenance of this system will become part of your department;
Supervise, coach, motivate and develop staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in environmental management, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline, or high school diploma if degree with 5 years or more of direct experience in Process Safety Management, or suitable combination of education and relevant experience as described;
Specialized technical/aptitude experience: minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated proficiency with manufacturing processes.
Previous work and/or substantial knowledge of, including commonly used concepts, practices and procedures, within the thermoset polymer industry is a strongly considered asset;
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of office and facilities coordination and basic leadership and management knowledge; (if applicable to position)

Position Summary: This position is responsible for developing, instituting, and overseeing all aspects of Environmental, Health, Safety and Corporate Compliance.

Member of the PSM team;
Implement and coordinate the documentation and schedule for preventative maintenance of equipment through the Faciliworks program.
Maintain, create and close work orders.
Keep Asset List up to date within Faciliworks database.
Train all maintenance personnel on these procedures and manage to ensure proper procedures are followed;
Ensure all permits (LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry), as well as MOC's are done correctly, and properly filed and archived.
Become proficient in generating, reviewing and updating SDS's and Labels for our product line.
This will be a multi-member team as GHS is being implemented in 2015, however, in 2016 and future years' maintenance of this system will become part of your department;
Supervise, coach, motivate and develop staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in environmental management, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline, or high school diploma if degree with 5 years or more of direct experience in Process Safety Management, or suitable combination of education and relevant experience as described;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works under minimal supervision
Adjusts machines to achieve production goals
Collaborates with machine operators in production process
Assists in carrying out production growth strategy
Troubleshoots complex processing problems with little or no assistance
Actively participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Determines priorities and creates procedures to meet objectives of the plant
Ensures maintenance is completed according to Preventative Maintenance Plan
Cross trains on all production areas in the facility (i.e.
safety, production, equipment)
Sets production schedule based on plant and customer needs utilizing factors such as lead time and manufacturing efficiency
Supports and validates the work of machine operators by answering questions, preparing production lines, and providing general direction
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Four to seven years' related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift Certification
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Windows and MS Office products (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Positive team player
Knowledge of area operations and related safe work practices/procedures and demonstrated ability to coordinate work activities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Assistant Process Operator in our Chemical plant located in Corsicana.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work functions within Chemical production operations.
Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products.
Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE.
General forklift duties.
The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems.
Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting.
Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation.
Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes.
Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years.
Preferred, Forklift experience certified.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good Attendance record.
Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day,
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Must be able to wear fall protection, and work at heights.
Must be able to wear respirator approx.
2 hours per day and work in confined spaces.
Forklift experience certified.
24 hour Hazpower.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly starting rate for applicants in this position wage is $25.00 plus a $1.00 shift premium.
This amount is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
This position is also eligible for a 6% annual bonus.
This position will practice the DuPont work schedule.
