The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.

General Purpose:
To provide safety leadership to all Tremco CPG field employees (including but not limited to Regional Techs, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensure site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct both virtual and physical visits to perform site safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*This should take place at least 75-80% of the week.
*
Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner, and Tremco regulations throughout all regional projects.
Assist site leadership in developing site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning, and equipment.
Assist the Director of Health and Safety with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new or updated policies (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs).
Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems.
Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance with our subcontractors with applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco, and their own).
Act as a subject matter resource for workers within the field in producing a documented assessment of safe working processes, risk potentials, and solutions/corrective measures.
Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively.
Review the safety obligations of the clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicate to the Field Leadership and Safety Supervisors.
Assist the Director of Health and Safety with EHS Notification and Incident Investigation processes, as well as implementation of response action items.
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy.
Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and take corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed.
Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with the Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed.
At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate asan official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program.)
Ensure all new employees within the Region meet their training objectives, e.g., complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training, and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.
Training within 1 month of their employment.
Qualifications:
An Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma, or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum 8 years of Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
Experience in the building maintenance and/or general construction safety industries strongly preferred.
Work remotely with the ability to travel 75% or greater

What will you do?

What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers. Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's.
Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. A proven ability to manage projects. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.

Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven, determined professional with 4+ years' experience in account management or sales within SaaS, technology, defense, maritime, intelligence, customs or law enforcement markets.
It is a must that you have worked with international clients, specifically within the EMEA.
Strong communicator, comfortable managing complex, multi-level stakeholders and driving assured account growth.
Culturally aware and experienced across international/EMEA markets, demonstrating inspired, successful engagement in diverse government settings.
Highly organised, independent, commercially savvy, and motivated to thrive in a dynamic, high-travel environment.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus), possessing strong presentation and negotiation skills.

A recently CQC 'Good' rated, Kent-based Local Authority is looking for an Social Worker, within a Hospital team.
This post works within an integrated discharge team to contribute to the delivery of highly effective children and adult services (within Adult Social Care) in an efficient manner.
This service covers both the acute and non-acute sites across the authority and out of area hospitals.
We have been at the forefront of changes in the hospitals discharge to assess model.
This can either be in a health bed, social care step down bed or in the persons' own home.
This role also includes a role in the emergency department of the acute hospital by working with other health colleagues.

THE ROLE
An exciting role for a SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR to join a firm of multi disciplinary consultants in their Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire base.
They require someone who is MRICS qualified to do a broad range of building surveying duties including both project and professional duties.
You will work as part of a team.
Client will be private and public sectors.
Duties will be varied and will include design and specification, contract administration, building condition surveys, dilapidations, clerk of works, project management and more.
They also use Unmanned Aerial Systems (Drones) for surveys so someone who has already used UAS would be useful.
Previous experience of working on projects for colleges, schools, local government, hospitals, other healthcare would be useful.
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of construction consultants providing a range of services which currently includes Building Surveying, Project Management, Cost Management and more.
They have a selection of long standing clients in both private and public sectors and are extremely busy.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Building Surveyor who can work both as part of a team and on your own as required by projects.
You will need to have a Degree or MSc in Building Surveying and be MRICS qualified.
You should have broad based building surveying experience to be able to do both project and professional duties.
Ideally you will also have worked on repairs and maintenance projects too.
If you have worked on education and healthcare projects that would be useful.
You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
Salary will be very negotiable according to your level of experience plus pension contribution, private healthcare, 25 days holiday, some flexible working, contribution towards gym membership etc.
