You will need to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or similar and be keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS.
An interest in doing the Employer's Agent role is required including contract administration.
You should first class communication skills, both written and spoken.
You will need to be a car owner and driver as some of the projects are not near to public transport.
