Our client, a trusted partner to companies across the world, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the execution of the strategic plan.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement complex medium to large capital projects in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of engineers and specialists to deliver high-quality projects on time, without impacting production.
You will be responsible for project proposals, budgeting, design, installation, training, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to world-class health and safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers and specialists from proposal and budget through design, installation, training, and commissioning
- Produce schematics, proposals, and detailed cost estimates for revenue or capital projects
- Define the scope of supply and conduct pre-engineering work to support accurate project costs
- Specify and check drawings for component production and equipment installation, and provide technical supervision to designers/consultants
- Program project steps, from preliminary work to installation, including drawings, ordering, manufacture, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, such as CDM requirements, and contractor control procedures
- Coordinate commissioning with the operations team and work closely with the Purchasing function to define the best guarantees and contract details for the project
- Maintain financial control of the project, ensuring budget adherence and best value at all times
Requirements
- Previous project management experience in projects >£10M
- Qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Project Management qualification
- Health and Safety qualification
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
- Competent use of Excel and Word
- Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player
- Willingness to adapt to a changing role and a commitment to self-development

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior designer to contribute to the brand's visual identity and marketing efforts across various channels.
Position Overview:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual assets for both digital and print media, ensuring that the brand's values and creativity are consistently reflected across all marketing materials.
Your work will directly contribute to the company's success by effectively communicating the brand's message and engaging target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visually compelling brochures, social media content, presentations, POS, and exhibition materials
- Create and maintain branded PowerPoint templates for engaging presentations
- Develop motion graphics and basic animations to enhance visual storytelling
- Produce 3D models and visual mock-ups for product visualisation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sample distribution and assist with UI/UX mock-ups

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations
- Experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping is desirable
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
- Keen eye for design excellence and strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital/Multi Media, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Publicist required for Membership organisation at an exciting stage of its development, based in Farnham, Surrey!
The PR and Marketing team devises creative, engaging and strategic campaigns to effectively promote the organisation to a wide range of audiences, including current members and to both UK and global media outlets.
The PR team ensure that the values, ethos and vision is correctly represented in the media.
They also source exciting collaborations with external organisations, charities, celebrities and events that will further enhance their profile as the largest and most exciting industry contender in the UK.
With a large and growing membership, this position will focus on supporting the PR and Marketing team with securing PR coverage across the UK as well as copy writing tasks and supporting administer requests for marketing materials.
Whilst largely based at the office in Farnham, the role will also require the successful applicant to travel (at times) to different PR events throughout the UK and this could sometimes involve occasional working on weekends and evenings.
Working as part of the PR support team, within a small friendly office, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have an exceptional attention to detail.
Detailed role responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Head of PR, the role responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
· Promoting the work and its campaigns across regional media outlets generating media coverage.
· Building a strong relationship with regional and local broadcasters as well as print and online outlets.
· Working with the Head of PR to write engaging press releases, which the candidate will then send to media outlets, liaising with them to secure coverage.
· Supporting the PR Team to write copy for newsletters, website, blogs and other publicity materials.
· Administer timely requests for printed marketing materials for new and existing Leaders, ordering and distributing three times a year and ad hoc throughout the year as required.
This will involve liaising with the Projects Coordinator and Graphics Designer for any necessary amends and coordination of a timely delivery.
Experience & Skills
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated communications professional.
You may have experience as a local journalist or press officer, with a strong understanding of regional media and whilst ideal but not essential have an existing network of media contacts across the country.
You should be creative, have an eye for a good story and know how to gain excellent coverage.
The candidate will also have a keen eye for detail, accurate written communication and strong organisational skills.
