JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Drive a Box Truck unit to make deliveries and pick-ups of raw materials, finished products, empty drums, etc.
Perform truck safety inspection prior to each trip checking motor, brakes, lights, and tires for proper operation conditions.
Check and assist in loading and/or unloading trailers.
Obtain proper authorizations for all deliveries and pick-ups.
Maintain accurate DOT driver log of required information.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Assist with loading truck according to bills of lading.
The truck should be loaded in an order that best accommodates stops. Check truck according to "Driver's Daily Check List" making necessary adjustments and corrections before leaving. Deliver material to customer's location. Assist in unloading at customer site if required and have customer sign proper acknowledgement of delivery. Pick up empty drums as instructed. Unload empty drums upon return to plant. Complete DOT driver log sheets Return completed shipping paperwork to shipping office. Notify supervisor of and schedule truck repair and maintenance as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Education Required
High school diploma preferred. At least 2 years prior experience driving with CDL
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Basic math/measurement skills Basic reading and comprehension skills Current CDL license with proper endorsements (ie., hazmat certification) Proper current DOT certification (current medical card, identification card, etc.) Acceptable driving record for past seven years as required by DOT. Forklift operation experience preferred.
Reasoning Ability
Determine correct processes regarding standard DOT and company truck driving requirements regarding material transportation and vehicle operating procedures, as instructed in initial and ongoing training. Work without continuous supervision while completing assigned tasks.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CDL License class B Must successfully complete Finishwork's forklift operation training and receive a forklift operation license.

Here's what you can expect every day: Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability. Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete. Support and complete small capital projects. Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing High School Diploma or equivalent Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required Ability to do basic math. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Under limited supervision, performs skilled welding duties including Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless and Pipe Fitting, Plant maintenance, repair, and structural welding; performs other maintenance and repair duties, as assigned.
The Maintenance Welder will be working 4-day, 10-hour schedule and on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Able to Work 4 day/10-hour shift.
Must have Basic Mechanical ability.
Ability to conduct Structural welding.
Proven ability to Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless.
Pipe Fitting.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts.
Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications.
Work in plant, and shop environment.
Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.
This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems.
This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal costumers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training of less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco CPG quality, emergency, and safety procedures.
Assist with Housekeeping.
Adhere to fire watch responsibilities.
LOTO/Safe use of hand power tools.
Understand line break permits, burning & welding permits.
Observe and understand TPM project.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma/GED.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3 or more years of experience in mechanical field.
Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting plant issues.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.

Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Drive a Box Truck unit to make deliveries and pick-ups of raw materials, finished products, empty drums, etc.
Perform truck safety inspection prior to each trip checking motor, brakes, lights, and tires for proper operation conditions.
Check and assist in loading and/or unloading trailers.
Obtain proper authorizations for all deliveries and pick-ups.
Maintain accurate DOT driver log of required information.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Assist with loading truck according to bills of lading.
The truck should be loaded in an order that best accommodates stops. Check truck according to "Driver's Daily Check List" making necessary adjustments and corrections before leaving. Deliver material to customer's location. Assist in unloading at customer site if required and have customer sign proper acknowledgement of delivery. Pick up empty drums as instructed. Unload empty drums upon return to plant. Complete DOT driver log sheets Return completed shipping paperwork to shipping office. Works closely with the installation crew in the training and proper application of Stonhard products in the Field (requires occasional weekend work). Monitors product performance under various conditions and communicates with Research and Development/Technical Service on product performance and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years' related experience, preferably with industrial and commercial projects Spends a minimum of 4 days per week in the field on Stonhard projects. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 20%) Regional travel in the field is >50% of the time. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically transport installation tools and materials on a project site (approximately 40 lbs.) This position requires wearing of hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.

BS Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Properly weighs chemicals and raw materials as specified on the batch card.

Work with production schedule to maintain efficient use of blenders, meet production expectations, fill customer orders, and meet shipping requirements.
Advise the supervisor of problems or low stock levels of raw materials.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system

Provide support to the Safety Committee.

The Salt Handler provides manufacturing support by performing any miscellaneous activity that keeps operators focused on running lines and maintaining quality.
This position primarily handles all salt transactions from cage to make up tanks and keeps all salt areas and equipment clean and stocked.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fill salt make up tanks with bags from caged areas, record transactions, and pump over to cure tanks.
Clean/skim salt cure tanks, including chipping salt build up off tanks and salt wipe.
Clean and maintain salt collection drums and storage areas.
Pack finished goods into appropriate containers and operate secondary equipment.
Perform off-line production operations as needed.
Hand feed raw material at extrusion line.
Perform daily assembly of packaging components as needed.
Perform daily housekeeping duties of assigned areas: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas.
Assist Safety Coordinator with compliance tasks as needed.
Cover breaks and lunches for operators as needed.
Perform work in a safe manner while following all safety rules.
Assist the Shift Coordinator in restocking salt cages when needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
