The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.

APCOA are looking for Civil Enforcement Officers to work across our London contracts on a flexible basis.
You will be covering sickness, holiday and any other staff shortages as, and when required dependant on your availability.
Please note this is a zero hours contract, we will endeavour to ensure you have as many hours as we can on a weekly basis, but a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.
Civil Enforcement Officers are at the heart of our business.
You will be an incredibly important part of the community, keeping the roads moving and ensuring public safety.
This will include:
- Patrolling public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
- Guiding the public on rules and advise about parking provisions.
- Reporting any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.
* Please note, this role will be required to travel across the entirety of London as dictated by the business needs.
Travel expenses will be paid for travel outside of the successful applicants if they commute outside of their home borough.
This would be perfect for someone who:

Purchasing Co-ordinator
Our engineering and manufacturing client in Poole is seeking an experienced Purchasing Co-ordinator who has a strong knowledge of ERP and MRP and the technicalities of the system.
You will be responsible for the purchase of raw materials and will have ideally done this in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
You will be part of the successful Project Management Team, who bring complex custom-designed customer orders to life. This role requires very much a pro-active team player who is capable of prioritising tasks, re-prioritising work demands as urgent orders come in and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers
Responsibilities as Purchasing Co-ordinator
- Using the ERP / MRP System and be responsible for the accurate data input.
- Procurement of raw materials to specification.
- Procurement of bought-in items to specification.
- Placing orders for any sub-contract activities.
- Progressing of raw material purchase orders & sub-contract purchase orders, interacting with and chasing suppliers over the phone and via email to ensure on-time delivery.
- Working within the project team to add project notes to orders and highlight key dates and milestones for manufacturing
- Working on any ad-hoc project work that will need assistance
- Be involved with project related invoicing and making sure all the relevant paperwork is up to date and accurate
- Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation of project/QA documentation packs for customers.
Qualifications and Experience as Purchasing Co-ordinator
- Proven purchasing experience, from within a production style environment, is essential
- Understanding material drawings would be highly advantageous
- Your experience will have involved the purchasing of raw materials.
- Experience in using an ERP / MRP System is essential.
- A genuine passion for production and purchasing
- Able to prioritise and move with changing workloads accordingly
- A good eye for detail, accurate
- A great communicator, be able to build strong long- lasting relationships
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
