Implement the organisation's Health & Safety Policy consistently, monitoring and improving HSE practices and recommending upgrades to the Managing Director.
Lead HSE governance by chairing meetings, issuing agendas/minutes, preparing monthly/annual accident statistics, and providing technical HSE support.
Oversee robust inductions, mandatory accident/near?miss reporting, thorough investigations and completion of corrective actions.
Identify, deliver and coordinate all regulatory HSE training and occupational health requirements, working closely with department heads.
Provide expert HSE advice, coaching and support to all staff and managers, ensuring safe systems of work and addressing unsafe practices or equipment.
Ensure timely completion of Risk Assessments, Safety Inspections, hazard reports and routine compliance checks (e.g., LOLER, LEV, PAT, Legionella, Fire Safety).
Maintain ISO 14001/45001 systems, prepare monthly HSE reports for the MD, and manage on?site security and cleaning teams including monthly reviews.
For the HSE Manager role, we are keen to receive CV's from candidates who possess:

Experience leading a team of HSE Officers and Coordinators
A proven track record delivering health and safety management systems

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer on a permanent, staff basis to join the team within Fugro based in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the processing of Fugro GB Limited's payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
They are required to liaise closely with the business, the HR department and the payroll provider in order to process an accurate and timely payroll in line with payroll policy ,procedures and relevant legislation.
In this role, you will report directly into the UK Payroll Manager.
You will also have direct communication with People Services, Business Control, FSSC and line managers to collate timesheet and data required to process an accurate payroll in line with policy, procedures and relevant legislation.
This is a full-time position working a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Your roles and responsibilities:
Ensures accurate calculation of wages and salaries and of employees by performing routine duties necessary for the calculations.

Administration of pension scheme memberships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the development of ground systems including Mission Control, Mission Planning, and Ground Station Interface Systems.

- Collaborate closely with Mission, Systems, and Operations teams to ensure technical alignment across disciplines.

Essential Skills
