DAP is looking to hire HR Intern for Summer 2025.
Responsibilities:
The HR internship is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience multiple areas of HR, with primary focus on the HR information system (HRIS), Oracle.
The intern will report to the Sr.
HRIS & Data Analyst and complete HRIS projects to optimize the use of Oracle.
In addition, the HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in other areas of HR, with the following duties. Partner with the Learning and Development Specialist to select training events for interns and associates. Assist with onboarding including new hire paperwork, background checks, and I-9 verifications.
Review and recommend communication plans that will spark engagement on the Intranet. May assist with supporting the sites in implementing their engagement survey action plans. Assist with planning the all-HR meeting Review compensation structure for completion and alignment across all locations.
Maintain the HR dashboard
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR from an accredited institution with a total GPA of 3.0 or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated, quick learner and self-directed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

$17 / hour

Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and DirectivesConduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives. Responsibilities:
Act as a super user and the main point of contact for all internal PIM users across various departments, including product marketing, sales, and IT.
Provide user training and support. Collaborate closely with e-commerce sales teams to ensure alignment with downstream channel requirements. Manage the collection, maintenance, and distribution of product data for several categories of hardware and home improvement products. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital platforms and channels. Own the uploading of digital assets across PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of metadata throughout the process. Maintain and update product data feeds for third-party website integrations. Develop and implement best practices for data governance to maintain high data integrity. Conduct regular audits and quality checks of product data and digital assets. Manage the translation of product marketing content and manage the distribution of the translated materials. Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and ensure timely updates. Work with IT to implement and update data mapping and improve internal processes. Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives in data management workflows. Drive the lifecycle of digital assets to effectively support marketing and sales initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), or similar SaaS environments, ideally within the hardware and home improvement industry. Expertise with systems such as inriver, WebDam, and Acquia; experience in product categorization, taxonomy, and metadata management; adept at data manipulation using Excel. Knowledge of e-commerce best practices for product display pages. Exceptional project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. This role educates WTI personnel on proper product use and application, provides installation training on and off the roof, and oversees large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.

Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.

Complete initial complaint follow-up and attain missing data from Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Sales Representative Investigate complaints and service issues (i.e.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties Description Assisting Sales Assisting the Sales Representative with sales process from prospecting to closing; developing business in assigned markets, providing solid market presence including serving customers.

Inspections
This work may include, but is not limited to: identifying; analyzing; and resolving any problems; and preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs.
When and where necessary or required, may perform QA/ QA+ inspections, Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only).
Monitoring Installation Visits to project sites to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products for the purpose of determining whether to issue a Tremco warranty.
This work may include, but is not limited to: monitoring progress of the installation; identifying any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications; reviewing and resolving concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions; coordinating visits with contractors; and preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative.
Troubleshooting Identifying problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof.
This work may include but is not limited to: identifying source(s) of leaks; analyzing problems to determine the best solution; monitoring implementation of the solution; and preparing written action plans.
This work will represent less than 45% of the SA's time Manual Labor Performing patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
Performing minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work This work may include but is not limited to: conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs; taking photographs; preparing CADD drawings; and delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
