Material Handler:
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The primary function of this job is to ensure optimum operation of the flow of incoming, outgoing, and staging of shipments.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Operate forklifts (sit down and standup), hand trucks and/ or other equipment to move freight• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products• Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas• Identify and verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming materials from Production, Vendors, and/ or returned goods deliveries• Attention to detail is a must.• Move materials to warehouse locations or staging and record their locations in the warehouse using handhelds to maintain accurate inventories• Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them• Perform cycle counts• Maintains a clean warehouse and working environment• Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; may require the employee to wear safety equipment or gear.
Is familiar with the use of all safety equipment, when and how to use it.
Must also participate and engage in all safety programs and processes.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred• Certification to operate forklift truck preferred• Must be able to work well in a team• Ability to read, write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials• Ability to operate handhelds, computers and relevant warehouse management and shipping computer software• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekendsTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Travel is not required for this position.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary/present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases its market share of work performed for WTI.

Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:

We are currently recruiting Registered General Nurses in the Bournemouth, Dorset area, for a number of nursing and residential homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) working for Onecall24, you will be responsible for the below duties:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, including those requiring tracheostomy care, ventilator management, PEG feeding, and catheter care.
Provide care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Work in a flexible and responsive manner, adapting to changes in the rota or shifts as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support teams to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with company policies and healthcare regulations.
