GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows the established quality control procedures to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with IMS, customer specifications, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14000-2015.
Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished.

Performs measurement checks using tape measure and calibers. Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment with oversight of both raw materials and finished goods.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience using enterprise software such as SAP is preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.

Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment with oversight of both raw materials and finished goods.

Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document RevitBIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within Revit/BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines. Maintain and improve knowledge of Revit/BIM techniques, drawing standards, practices, and engineering procedures as well as new and emerging technologies and best practices impacting digital design to enhance productivity and efficiency as well as profits. Manage the implementation of supporting software applications for Revit/BIM and project delivery.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree or similar in Design, CAD, Engineering, architecture, or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Revit modelling practitioner working with project architects, engineers or managers.
Demonstrated knowledge, proficiency, and use of Autodesk Revit in conjunction with the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Strong familiarity with other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D.
General knowledge of other BIM related software and 3rd party Revit tools used for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks such as Be.Smart, CTC Tools, IMAGINiT for Revit, DI Roots.
Knowledge or interest in CNC fabrication
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Revit Certification highly desired.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,506 and $89,382 .
