You'll be involved in the smooth day to day running of the practice and pro-actively engaged in assisting both practices to achieve its vision and objectives.
They are a practice of 5 Partners and 7 salaried GPs serving 28,000 patients within a lovely mix of market town and village communities.
The two Stamford based Surgeries are part of a larger Partnership with 170,000 patients over 8 sites.

Must haves:
Working autonomously in an independent and advanced nursing role.

Experience of Clinical Governance and risk assessment/management processes.
Educated to Masters Level or working towards.
