GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our team.
The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Revit/Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation to enhance the design, fabrication, and coordination of HercuWall.
This role will involve working closely with product, production, and sales teams to develop accurate and efficient BIM models that support manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of designs into the production floor.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit including advanced Family creation.
A strong understanding of factory built panelized systems, general commercial and residential building design along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit models, ensuring accurate representation of designs for production and installation. Develop Revit families and work to integrate add-in software to improve BIM efficiencies and specialized outputs. Maintain and enhance the configuration of Be.Smart Metal Framing (formerly AGACAD).
Maintain and enhance the Be.Smart tools to automated repetitive tasks in Revit and manipulate and export data to Excel. Develop and maintain Revit Shared Parameters file, understanding the role of Shared Parameters in Revit Families and subsequent integration into ERP Systems Work closely with preconstruction to understand project specifications and translate them into Revit models that align with production requirements. Collaborate with production and product teams to identify and resolve potential design or fabrication issues early in the process. Assist in the creation and management of 3D models, drawings, and digital construction documents to streamline the manufacturing process and improve product accuracy.
Perform clash detection and ensure coordination between different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structure, MEP) to avoid design conflicts during the preconstruction phase. Support the team in optimizing panel design for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of installation. Provide Revit/BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation. Maintain Revit/BIM-related documentation and records, ensuring that all models and documents are up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to conduct reviews, design validation, and coordination meetings to ensure the alignment of the models with client expectations and production requirements. Participate in the development of customized Revit/BIM workflows and tools to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and meet project deadlines. Monitor industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending new tools and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the BIM process. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
10+ years of use and implementation of Autodesk Revit in conjunction with the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Expert level knowledge along with Revit Certification highly desired.
Strong familiarity with other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D.
General knowledge of other BIM related software and 3rd party Revit tools used for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks such as Be.Smart, CTC Tools, IMAGINiT for Revit, DI Roots.
Knowledge or interest in CNC fabrication Experience with 3D modeling, detailing, and visualization of building components, specifically in modular or factory panelized systems. Strong understanding of the construction industry, building materials, and fabrication processes, with the ability to apply Revit/BIM technology to support manufacturing and installation.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Revit/BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early in the design process and propose solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, designers, and other team members. Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and protocols related to BIM, as well as basic understanding of Building Codes IBC and IRC. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and foster collaboration across different departments. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $87,991 and $109,989.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Building Sciences Project Manager with test and balance research, consultation, operations policy generation, and quality issues.
Adjust systems controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate the problems.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project.
Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Evaluate current processes and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Write and develop in-house training materials supporting the staff and franchise partners.
Contacts and communicates directly with all levels of company management, staff members, and clients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including Test and Balance or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Work assigned tasks on a production line making below grade waterproofing material using bentonite and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Operate and observe machinery used in the production process so that malfunctions can be detected, and supervision can be notified.
Measure material and utilize cutting tools to cut materials to specified length.
Fill pails with manufactured material.
Pack and store manufactured material by rolling materials onto a core, place the roll in a bag, and seal with a wire twist tie.
Shrink wrap or band finished goods.
Rework rejected materials.
Box manufactured accessories for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas.
Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials.
Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans.
Participate in facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility.
Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes.
Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ Years of related experience

The Role of the Training Manager (North):
As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading training across multiple centres in the North
You will be pivotal in managing the rollout of new products, supporting regional sales events, and ensuring top-notch training standards with regional partners

The Ideal Person for the Training Manager (North):
Hands-on Experience: Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or similar qualification, along with Domestic ACS Core Units and G3 certification for Unvented Hot Water Systems.
A Passion for Training: We are after someone who genuinely enjoys sharing knowledge, with effective communication skills and a well-organized approach to delivering training.
Ready to Travel: A full UK driving license is essential, along with the flexibility to travel between sites and stay overnight when needed.
Desirable Extras: Experience with heat pumps or F-Gas qualifications would be a great bonus.
Trainer Know-How: If you hold a TAQA, A1 Assessor Award, or a similar assessor qualification, which is a big plus.
Formal Training Skills: Any relevant teaching or training qualifications—like City & Guilds 7300 or 6318—would be a welcome addition.

They are now looking to expand their Manchester Office and are looking for a Legal Admin Assistant to assist the team.
The successful candidate will work within the Claimant team assisting and providing clerical support to fee earners who deal with all aspects of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims as well as providing assistance to the Legal Customer Service Team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support within the Legal Customer Service Team
Proactively manage diaries and diarise actions
Maintain pro-active communication with clients and external agencies relating to claims
Observe and maintain firm confidentiality in relation to all correspondence and communications
Take responsibility for personal development and growth
Prioritise tasks whilst managing a full workload
Liaise and build relationships as appropriate with clients and their support staff
Prepare correspondence and documents from digital dictation
Manage the case management system
Prepare document bundles
Set up new clients on the finance system
Assist with the booking of travel arrangements
Liaise with Counsel and other legal representatives
Proactively assist with ad-hoc business development and communications activities e.g.

Engine Shop Section Leader Overview:
We are seeking an Engine Shop Section Leader to take responsibility for the efficient running of the engine workshop at our Inshore Lifeboat Centre (ILC) on the Isle of Wight.
In this role, you will oversee the building, refitting, and repairing of a variety of marine outboard engines, as well as diesel engines and associated systems, in support of our main IB1/D-Class & Atlantic lifeboats and launching vehicles.
You will collaborate closely with your workshop team and other Section Leaders at the ILC to support the production and maintenance of lifeboats and lifesaving equipment.
Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the team and reporting progress at production meetings.
Leading and motivating the small engine workshop team, comprised of experienced Technicians, will be a key aspect of your role, providing them with advice and support to meet production
requirements.
We foster an excellent Health and Safety culture, and you will be expected to support this ethos by role-modelling best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of all our activities.
Engine Shop Section Leader Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with relevant experience in marine engines and workshop management.
