The Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production machinery.

The PCG Consolidation Manager is responsible for accounting, consolidating and analyzing the financial statements for the Performance Coatings Group segment.

Financial Close & Reporting

Work alongside construction managers and other operations team members to perform monthly control activities related to percentage of completion revenue recognition. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with construction team members Prepare monthly reconciliations associated with contract assets and WIP Collaborate with contract admin team to document processes and enhance control environment. Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured. Perform monthly and quarterly controls within company policies and procedures. Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.
Provide audit requests timely and facilitate completion of the audit on time. The duties above are performed within the guidelines of US GAAP while adhering to corporate procedures, internal/Sarbanes Oxley controls and RPM reporting requirements.

Work alongside construction managers and other operations team members to perform monthly control activities related to percentage of completion revenue recognition. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with construction team members Prepare monthly reconciliations associated with contract assets and WIP Collaborate with contract admin team to document processes and enhance control environment. Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured. Perform monthly and quarterly controls within company policies and procedures. Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.

The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Commercial Roofing Foreman
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Under close supervision, conducts research on and testing of improvement of existing products, development of new products and technology and may include routine to complex synthesis or testing.
Assignment may be a phase of a major project or a total project of minor scope.
With minimal supervision from more experienced professionals, conducts routine synthesis or testing which provide experience and familiarization with methods, practices, and programs (analytical, performance, physical properties, etc.).
Under the guidance of more senior professionals or research management, acquires knowledge of Tremco's products, procedures, and applications.
Interfaces with section personnel in trouble-shooting problems with hardware, testing/synthesis equipment, product, and methods development.
May be responsible for timely calibration and maintenance of the various laboratory and equipment and documentation according to the company's business processes.
With minimal guidance, conducts literature searches and gathers pertinent information related to specific topics.
Under minimal supervision, compile, analyze and correlate technical data and write timely reports on projects completed or progress reports.
Writes procedures in accordance with the company's business practices.
Works with research management to formulate goals aligned with the executive leadership's initiatives and for professional growth.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Requires a B.S.
in Chemistry or related technical field or can be progressed from Assist Chemist (performance-based and tested).
OTHER SKILLS ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication (oral and written) skills.
Proficiency in computer programs necessary for writing reports and performing mathematical calculations.
Knowledge of specialized scientific programs for molecular structure drawing, experimental design and statistics is a plus.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for applicants in this position wage is $28.00.
This amount is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
This position is also eligible for a 12.5% bonus annually.
This position will practice the DuPont work schedule.
